Steer clear of location - Town Brookhaven. Staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Came in with a complicated situation (phone stolen out of state) and was met with frustration and attitude. Unfortunate that you come in as a customer seeking help and are made to feel like an inconvenience. Xavier initially seemed helpful, but seemed to quickly become frustrated with my questions. Be mindful, I was dealing with stolen property and an insurance claim and wanted to make sure I understood all of my options. My sister and I could tell he was getting frustrated with us. At some point I suppose he felt he had exhausted his assistance with me and left me to look over my options. He told me if I need further help to ask one of the other employees. Bear in mind I am the only customer in the store so this is not because they were busy. I initially did not mind this (although I felt he was rude) and I sat there and was going over what was explained to me and then walked over to one of the other two employees sitting at a table. because Xavier had left and gone to the back. Before helping me, Lee walked to the back to ask Xavier to fill her in. When she came back, it was clear she had made up her mind up about whatever they discussed and was rude from the very start. She was short with me and seemed annoyed that I asked her a question. I will say that again, one question. I wanted to confirm the price of the phone. That is it. My sister looked at me in disbelief and asked me if maybe we should just leave. I said that is probably best since it was clear these people seemed to be already done with the work day. I Mind you the store was still open for another 40 minutes. As soon as I stood up to leave, Xavier came out with his backpack and practically left with us. I have never questioned whether I should change carriers, but after this experience, I definitely will.
Xavier was a great help setting up my account. Had a great experience, and he has a great wealth of knowledge on all the phone and services and saving me money on my bill. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this location.

Ok right before the holiday I was about to leave town and dropped my phone. CRASH ...time for a new one.
I went to the nearest store i could fine- Brookhaven Located right outside of buckhead/ Chamblee ga.
It was pretty early and the store just opened. The gentleman who greeted me introduced himself as Xavier.
He advised me to take seat and or look around unless I was ready for help.
Ready for help I grabbed the opportunity. I know I wanted the same phone Updated version and I knew I wanted a different color I settled on the flip five. Xavier asked me why i'd like the phone at first I thought he was trying to change my mind but he actually was truly curious. On why i'd like the phone and why I was going to stay with it? I told him all the great advantages about it being small , able to fit in a small purse, I was able to actually keep it in small places all the cosmetic & girlie reasons . He did acknowledge all that was good and true . He also Impressed me by his knowledge of the phones features and his willingness to help me find the best phone for my needs. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions & compare along the other's. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. the entire experience was enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this store but most importantly mr.

Our Conversation ended up being kind of like a training session, a free training session in which I actually I learned so much about this small and mighty phone for no cost
As time progressed the rest of the staff continue to come into the The store along with customers. I noticed that every customer was handled delicately and greeted with a smile. I also noticed all the other sales reps would lean on Xavier for advice & direction. WOW I wasn't being helped by just a regular retail rap. He was actually the store manager (LUCKY ME) Which I found a little bit unusual i assume some managers sometimes don't want to work the floors. They more or less like to be hidden in the back and just take care of administrative worker, write ups but not Xavier, he was right in there in the thick of things keep in mind.
Btw I have to say this as well I didn't pick up on it because there was no need no need to. But Xavier is also bilingual, so he was caring for me & multi tasking with helping another couple that came in who needed some hand holding in their native tongue of spanish .
I can go on & on about my experience. I just wanted to say I hope this review helped someone sometimes it's good to go small because good things come in small packages and second. Don't judge a book by its cover b/c it can end up being a pretty good & interesting book
There are two different stores a mile up and down the road. GO THERE. So my partner and I tried to sign up at this location and they messed my name, my email, my address, my partners phone number and worst of all they SCAMMED ME into paying for another phone line. Because they messed up so many different aspects of the process I couldn’t see my bill until it was days away from due. I went in a second time to this location to talk to someone else and gave him all my information again (including spelling out my name and email TWICE) and he said my account looked great and all I needed to do was register! Great! Perfect! So I went home and tried register and guess what? It didn’t work.
Went to another store and they fixed everything and told me that in order to get a bill credit I had to go back to the original store or call. I’m inclined to believe him because this store messed up so bad. So I go back to this scam site and they say ‘nope only on call!‘ so I call instore because I don’t trust them and neither should you.
Since June, we have been dealing with the absolute worst customer service ever encountered. When signing up for internet service, we were told by Xavier that we would receive a Visa rewards card as part of the current promotion and plan details. It has been several months of trying to track down this reward and the branch has not been helpful. Instead, they have me running around, knowing my current medical condition and not working towards resolving the issue and sending the rewards card we were promised. I visited the store at the 4 week mark, 6 week mark, and then a few more times since then to follow up. Rather than taking accountability and recalling what was promised and confirmed multiple times, the employees are acting like this was a misunderstanding from the customer's side. One of the managers apparently put in a ticket to escalate the matter, however we have not heard any updates and it has been nearly a month since then. Basically there is no resolution from their end and if you ask to speak with anyone in a higher position, they will tell you you can't. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience and would not recommend at&t to anyone I know looking for cable/internet service. Or if at&t is your only option, then go to a different branch location.
