Even though I didn't buy any products or services, the assistant manager Sage was able to help me out. She informed me of decisions before I made any and was honest. I appreciate her efforts and patience with my questions. I do recommend coming to this AT&T location.
I had my phone stolen, Maximo was very helpful setting up all my devices. You should give him a raise. He was an awesome help!! However, later I went in to the store and Abbey would not help me in anyway. Strange since I was told if I had any issues just to come back in. She told me to go to the Apple Store. She needs some customer training.
Went to the s. Academy store to buy a phone after leaving the 1610 Cheyenne mountain Blvd store. Waited at the Cheyenne mtn store along with two other people and never got acknowledged by the employees.

Today I walked into this AT&T so that I could purchase a new tablet behind the desk set a man name Simon. He decided to ignore me when I walked in and then when I asked him about a choice of Tablet that I wanted he was extremely rude. However, I had also brought a tablet in that I wanted to connect, he rudely threw the Sim card at me after I asked him can you put it in he put my Sim card in and then looked at me when I was asking him About bill payment I have never been treated so rudely just for that I might go to Verizon
