AT&T Store

If you want something to work don't go here. Bought a Hotspot that never worked and all they could tell me was to call a 1 800 number. It has taken 3 weeks and 6 hours on phone plus 3 1hour drives to the store to accomplish nothing. Try using smoke signals you will have better luck with them working over anything this store helps you with.

Had problems with my iPhone ringing only one time to announce callers. The staff was excellent in suggesting a solution. I pick this store above any other AT&T store in Dothan, Al. Thanks Dolly and Rick!
