AT&T Store

Robert was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding on what my wife and I was trying to accomplish. He was very thorough, explained what was needed to be done. Gave us different directions we could go and let us make the decision for ourselves. We enjoyed Robert working with us as he made us feel more like a valuable customer, not a paycheck. Great job and I highly recommend him to any customer. 10 thumbs up.

The store was quite crowded, and it wasn't really clear that you had to check in upon arrival. They weren't able to do what I need, but the staff seemed quite attentive and thorough with the other customers. I'd ask that they put some sort of kiosk by the door for checking in, but I don't see anything wrong with the store or the staff

I had an excellent experience at The Cellular Express A T & T store today (11/30/23). Owen Pierce, the sales executive I worked met all my needs with courtesy and professionalism. There is another A T & T store closer to my home, but my previous experience there was disappointing. The longer trip provided a much better experience.

Robert displayed excellent customer service, and sold two phones because of that. It was very obvious he takes his job serious, and knows everything that comes with it. He was able to tell me everything about the phones I was interested in, and even explained the differences. Fantastic Job!!

It took awhile to get service (the place was surprisingly busy), but once we did, Liz was very helpful in getting our issues resolved! She was kind, explained everything well, and seemed very knowledgeable about what she was doing.
