AT&T Store

Elaine K. assisted me with my outgoing mobile service provider to help me activate service with AT&T. She is very knowledgeable, patient and sweet. She was thorough and provided me the best package for my circumstances. I'm extremely grateful for her help. She is a real asset to your image and company. Thank you!

We had used this store for years with no problems. The last 2 times we went in there , the service was terrible. We had a couple of questions and couldn't get answers. In fact, one rep told us we're here to sell phones, not service them. My wife needed help they did nothing, she went to the AT&T store on Rt.59 in Aurora a rep took time to answer her questions and help her. We had gotten the phone he helped her with in Oswego. A week or so later she went back to Aurora and got a new phone. They made a new customer for themselves.

Jake was extremely helpful and was able to find additional discounts for our account. He took time to explain all the steps and was able to set up the new phone without issues.

I had a wonderful experience here with the sales associate Chris! He was very patient with me and he even spoke Spanish when I didn’t understand. He was also very nice! He goes above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered.

Went to ATT to trade in phone for upgrade. We worked with Jake and he made the process easy and fast. He was upfront and straightforward with us!
