I had a great experience at the local AT&T store. I needed a new iPhone, Zakiya was extremely helpful during the purchase process. She answered all of my questions and informed me of the accessories bundle promo, which I took advantage of. Friendly and polite staff.

Jada helped me, she was very patient, professional & knowledgeable about the plans & products. Alan was also helpful in answering additional support questions. My husband Remy & I will always visit this store for our telecom needs.

My husband and I went to our AT&T store to buy a new IPad. We ended up buying 2 !! One will be sent to me, but one was in stock. Our sales person was Divante and he was excellent. Divante not only set up our IPad, but he suggested ways to lower our current AT&T bill without sacrificing anything. Allan, Assistant Mgr of the store came to help and he finished with the set-up. Both Divante and Allan are so knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We would recommend going to the AT&T store on Sidney Marcus for anything you need.

Coming in the store, I was so distraught with customer service - had been on phone 4 hrs over 2 days- with no resolution. Asa helped me with all problems. He is truly exceptional. He helped me get a new data plan at a better price . He was extremely knowledgeable about the phone and the plans, very friendly and patient with everyone. Connie Melgaard
