Made me urinate outside in the parking lot while dealing with an outage of service that took longer than two hours. I understand “no public restrooms” but I wasn’t asking for the public to use the restroom, I was asking for myself, a business owner who is paying nearly $300 a month for service that I am only intermittently receiving!!

Ashton was the most amazing and attentive sales person. He gave accurate information giving me the opportunity to choose and excellent plan and brand new phone. He was personable and accommodating. I am happy with my purchase as well as my in my experience with Ashton !

My Mom, Dad, and I came in on 10/10/23 to upgrade three phones to the new iPhone 15’s. It was later in the afternoon, and kind of complicated, as one of the phones we were upgrading and having shipped to a friend - and we were also needing accessories (chargers, cases, etc). Our associate’s name was Izzy, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC! She was patient with us, very informative and helped us choose between the different versions of the 15. She was flawless and made the transition between our old phones to the new ones seem completely effortless. Our whole experience was absolutely incredible and my family and I couldn’t possibly be happier. Thank you so much to Izzy, and the whole staff at AT&T!
