I do not like having to go into phone stores because the process is so very long. Last night I had the pleasure of being assisted by Will and Grant. We were three generations switching out three phones all of various ages. They saved me money, worked so hard to get everything transferred, and just made the experience so fun that time didn’t seem to drag. Quality customer service! These guys are top notch and I’m really grateful for all they did to help us.
Really awesome friendly staff, the guy worked with Cameron‘s name for nothing now but he was freaking awesome. Really knowledgeable store was super clean. The only complaint I had was that management had a few issues with some request, but other than that really good store. Recommend!
We was met by a young man holding the door open for us. Then he proceeded to help us until we were all done. The store was nice the sales rep was amazing and our service was excellent. We got two new iPhone 15 and we love them.
I spoke with Will at Jonesboro AT&T. He was very knowledgeable about products and services they offer. He even helped me save a little money. I will definitely enjoy working with him again if I have any future needs with AT&T.
Horrible customer service at this location! Waited nearly an hour and watched people that came after us waited on before us even though we were there to spend $1000! Called before we went and they said iPhone 15 is $799 get here and they say no it’s $829! I then ask to add an iPad to our multi line account and he tells me they can’t add a line even though it’s Att we have to go on pay go online since we use prepaid… we have had them since they were Cingular and have paid every month. I’d think people that pay ahead would be better than paying after but hey what do I know! We got our iPhone 15 but will never go back to this location!
