AT&T Store

I have had the pleasure of working with Blair at the Dumas, AR. store. She is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. I have needed help several times and each time Blair met the challenge. I was a Customer Service Call Center Manager for over 30 years and this was the type of employee I wanted. She is consistently helpful and I can tell she enjoys her job. I felt it extremely important to let you know she is representing your company well. Please recognize her assets.

I came into the AT&T store here. I was greeted by one of the sales representative named Destiney. She was very patient and very aware of my needs. I am very happy with my experience, because they equipped me with the best promotion that suited me best. There is a new staff at this store and they are phenomenal and full of energy ready to help with your needs!!!!!!!!!🤩

The store cannot keep employees. AT&T has had the worst customer service for years no matter what state you are in. The reason is that the company treats their employees like crazy. They keep trying to buy every business that they can and they need to just stick to telephone service. DirecTv used to have exceptional service, since it is now owned by AT&T it sucks.

The guy that did my upgrade was so nice and it didn't take him long at all to get my phone done i give him 5 stars im a very happy customer
