Austin,Matthew and Mikail gave us the best customer service!!! At this store , you are not rushed and you are treated like family. Every question was answered and we felt confident in our choices. When we back to active the phones- we experience some weird issues BUT it was not an issue for these 3 amazing men. They figured out the issues and trust me they were weird and not normal and when we left the store we were so happy that we chose this store. I have never had such an amazing experience when purchasing phones!! There aren’t enough good adjectives to describe how great our experience was!!
Vanessa when I was confused regarding being changed for help transferring phones, notes to me “there time wasn’t worth anything to me ” or something along those lines because I assumed transfers are part of being members after compromising to buying an accessory to accommodate a free transfer. I’ve worked in customer service a long time and don’t understand why such a comment was needed or helped my understanding. Of course I didn’t want to be rude so I just left and will go to another AT&T. Hoping I’m not the only one met with this when just trying to do a transfer and work through it.
The predatory lying and upselling that this store does is ridiculous and should be illegal. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PROMOTIONAL OFFERS FROM THIS GARBAGE, DISGUSTING STORE!
DO NOT ACCEPT ANY “FREE TRIAL” OF DIRECT TV OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER SCAM SERVICES. YOU WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY AND IN FULL, AND ALSO ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT!
Disgusting way of doing things to their customers. I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. They did absolutely nothing but lie to get me to take a promotional deal saying I would get a $100 credit to my account and wouldn’t be charged a cent as long as I brought the direct box back before 14 days. Well, day 2, I get a $124 charge to my bank account.
I’ll see you guys tonight and you’re going to make it right, or we can just cancel all 3 of my lines.
I just ported from T mobile to At and T. I had so many questions and customer service couldn’t help. I was at this store at 9 am first thing in the morning which I felt bad and Crystal was so helpful and kind she literally sat with me and looked at my account and broke down the balance. Set up the phone for me and transferred everything. She had so much patience and was so kind. I’ve never met someone so kind and patient. Crystal should be a supervisor or get a raise. She knows her stuff and has great customer service! Thanks Crystal!
Just moved to Colorado and I came into this store. I was greeted and assisted by Crystal Rodriguez. She provided exceptional customer service, Very professional and very polite. Thank you so much! Crystal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
