Went in to AT&T to fix a problem that I’ve been having and couldn’t solve through 611. Anna went above and beyond to help me out, and fix the problem. She very knowledgeable, attentive and a customer advocate! The music Anna played was exceptional! She was also very kind knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be coming back and asking for Anna again! Thanks!

Anna is a wonder! If you are looking to save money, get a great upgrade , in both phone and plan, come see her! She is patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and phenomenally helpful! Nope. Stopped in to see if I could get some help with my non-functioning phone. I thought the woman was nice, even though she was not able to get my phone working. However, I realized that I forgot my phone cover there and when I returned to retrieve it, suddenly a bunch of runaround and b.s. about why it was missing. Who in the world would want a ratty old phone cover for an old phone? Just admit you rudely threw away my property.

The att store rep Anna she was awesome. She was able to completed my phone transfer that another store couldn’t do plus phone support was also having trouble. Anna figured it out. All set. A+ for her patience and ingenuity. Thank you Anna. Barry

They always raise up your phone bill no matter what. Im supoose to pay 60 a month and now its 107. This company are scammers and all they want is your money. Horrible company and horrible staffs.
