Alec, the manager was fantastic at this store!! He helped me upgrade my phone. I am absolutely loving my new 15! He made everything so easy for me. He also made sure I had all the accessories I needed for apple carplay, additional phone chargers, screen protectors, and many cases to choose from. I would absolutely recommend shopping at this store. They are here to help - you have to ask for Alec!
I had the best sales rep experience. He was sweet; professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t remember his name but it started with a D and he had a nose piercing. I was walked through the entire process of buying the new phone, he had all my questions at the ready with answers, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall.
5. The people working there were not only well versed in explaining differences in phones but were also well-mannered, friendly and easy to talk to. I'm not especially fond of discussing technology; I know that those decades younger than me understand aspects I can barely fathom. Kudos to this store for choosing employees who are well-versed in their craft but never use their superiority in the subject to make customers feel old or stupid!
I wouldn't even give this store one star. The customer service is horrible. They don't want to help you and look like they are forced to be there. I had a problem with SIM card not connecting to my phone. The lady that was supposed to be helping said she won't give me a new one because my last 4 SSN digits were not right. I don't understand how this is possible when I used that same SSN to purchase my phone plan and device from them. I gave her my ID and account passcode but she still refused to help me. I had to ask her to call customer service to check what's going on.The other 2 employees were busy listening to some guy talking about his travels for over 30 mins, and when she asked one of them for help he told I should go to a corporate store without even acknowledging my presence when I was right there in front of him. Very rude and unhelpful, not the customer care I usually get from AT&T. I went home and called customer service myself and had my SIM reactivated immediately.
I have purchased numerous iPhones over the years and this was far and away the best experience I have ever had. The update on the new phone was simple (and actually worked.) More significantly Maini, Isa and Daryl, Alec were a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service and excellent advice. Can’t recommend this location enough.
