Anthony, the manager, has exceeded expectations and made the experience top notch. I was able to get fiber and internet. He is a very good communicator and a patient listener. I also got DirectTV and he helped with that too. He also made me aware of some additional discounts and that helped as well.

Told my partner that we could get their 1 gig plan for $55 since we live in a competitive area. Once the guys come and get everything set up, we realized they had signed us up for the worst internet plan and we still have not gotten this fixed as they have told us not to go in person and then added our number to a new enrollment call list and now we are playing telephone with different departments. Very displeased and never had to go through a fraction of this with Cox.

I would give 0 star but I can't. So just one star. The lady to the right side is not polite, not professional, not even friendly. Anything I asked her, she just said "I'm not sure". She can't access my account, I asked why, she said "I'm not sure", I asked her what are the cheaper options, she said "I'm not sure", many more examples. All questions, she had no idea. I seriously question why hiring someone this incompetent. This is just pure funny. If you are a customer, definitely avoid this one. If you are working at this store, please don't be someone like her. You don't have to be a good person, but you need to be professional, that's what you are paid to do.

Had a wonderful experience. George helped me get the phones for my parents. He was very patient and helpful.

The service was great. I waited maybe 2 minutes for someone to help me. I had to pair my phone to my insulin pump and he was very helpful.
