Worst customer relations, rude people.
We were “scammed”, in my opinion to buy internet though the att phones. Gave the manager “Cody” $60 cash to come to our house to hook everything up. Lasted 1 day then wouldn’t work anymore. We returned everything on December 2. Then they proceeded to be rude in returning stuff, 14-15 days. Everything was supposed to be cancelled under the “buyers remorse”.
This place reassured us we would get internet on the 2 phones we were given.
Like I stated it didn’t work. Now we’re being charged for things we didn’t get.
Got emails and texts showing our accounts were cancelled, but lo and behold we are still getting charged.
Guess we will go to court
I had a great experience at this AT&T store! I was helped by a customer service rep by the name of Kayla and she helped me get everything I was looking for! Hooked me up with a new phone, case, and screen protecter! Great customer service!
I went into the Greencastle store this morning and was explaining how upset my partner is that his phone just stopped working and will not turn back on.
The first thing the customer service rep said to me is "I DID NOT BREAK THE PHONE" and she said it TWICE to me. "I said to her I did NOT SAY YOU BROKE THE PHONE". She then says to me mind you not nicely... are you Authorized on the plan.
I replied I am not sure if I am or not. She did not look up the account and assumed I was not authorized and she was not going to assist me.
It came down to the customer service rep. told me to leave her store or she would call the police. After looking at the reviews it seems to be a common thing for this store to "call the police" instead of a customer who was pushed to become upset with the poor customer service.

Very helpful and went out of their way to help me. Manager even had to deal with an unbelievable customer situation and he did so with grace.
