AT&T Store

Dustin helped us with an upgrade and adding on my daughter with her first phone. We had a couple of "obstacles" and he was extremely patient. He went above and beyond to give us the best service possible. Request him - you won't be sorry.

Deidre was fantastic. My phone was just done. It wasn't working and she made me feel at ease about getting a new one. She transfered all my information my old phone to my new phone Galaxy S23 Ultra. Even gave me a promotion for my old phone. Deidre was very kind, personable, professional, and patient. I will ask for her every time. Excellent service 👏 Deidre.

Took my husband to AT&T on 6-22-2023 to get a much needed new phone as a father's day/anniversary gift. I was really dreading this because he is so picky and will keep a phone until it falls apart. From the time we walked into the door until the next day when I came and got the phone I received nothing but extremely great customer service. I want to thank Deidre and her co-workers for making this a painless experience and yes he loves the flip phone because he is definitely old school.

Don’t take your trade ins to this store. The managers allow the associates to steal and cancel trade in phones without your knowledge, leaving up to pay full price for the phone you’re trading in! Then 4 months later you realize you’re paying monthly for what was supposed to be an equal trade! I went to the store and the manager wouldn’t check the cameras for the dates i received from corporate, even though they “don’t give receipts for trade in” it was in the corporate system. They wanted to accuse me of not bringing the phone in. The retention center eventually “fixed” the matter by giving me full credit in the phone. But it came in terms of bill credit so i still have to pay monthly for the phone for 36 months. Always use the Shiloh store! Much better atmosphere.

Diedra was AMAZING! I mean WOW! I hope she gets a store manager position soon. They way she is with her clients with the amount of professionalism deserves to be a trained best practice for her potential staff to follow suit. Sales and service would set the standard for AT&T stores near and far. Outstanding service.
