store was having issues! person was nice coming to door and letting us know where he failed was telling us where we could in an 18 wheeler after we even asked him for sure if he knew what he was talking about because when we got to the next place there was absolutely no place to park an eighteen wheel truck it was actually restricted in most places around the store! Employee needs to be more informed and make sure you know absolutely what you are talking about before sending people on wild chase !

I switched from Verizon on March 13, 2021. I purchased two new iPhones, one on installment and the second paid outright. I continue to be charged an installment fee on the phone purchased outright! It is now 4/13/22 and I am STILL trying to get AT&T to apply the credit for the phone I paid for outright. I cannot cancel service because AT&T keeps disputing even though the receipt for purchase has been scanned into system. So, if I cancel AT&T says they will demand remaining balance be paid immediately - on a phone I have already paid for!! Store manager has been NO help, and has actually hindered the process. He also set up my account incorrectly, causing me to pay many additional charges I should not have. Refused to take charges off, telling me I can do it myself through the web site. The AT&T web site is a joke! I have removed the same charges multiple time and they keep coming back on bill. I call customer service to remove and same thing - charges keep coming back. These are only two of the five major issues I have with the store and AT&T. Switching from Verizon has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. It has been a billing nightmare!!!
Husband and I got to the store at opening time to avoid busy times. We were both getting new phones so it took a little time to transfer data to the new phones. The gentleman was very friendly and patient. We were very happy with the service we received.
this is a review about owner thank you for address the situation, and for your information, I learned from another employee that i was not the first truck driver they had sent to that other location stating we could park over there when clearly you cannot! your location is very convenient for truck drivers to get to ! we are people to that use at&t and sometimes Have to visit stores when on the road! So thank you for addressing this issue with your employees!
The store manager, Danielle, was AMAZING! She was super helpful, and took great care of us. We had so many problems on our account, and she was able to fix everything. Danielle went above and beyond, and helped entertain my daughter while we were waiting on the phone with customer service. I give her more than 5 stars!!
