AT&T Store

The best customer service ever. Brittany was patient, she was the greatest sales rep I have ever had in my life. She was knowledgeable, she was welcoming and very friendly. She managed to multi task with everyone that walked in the door and she was phenomenal and still got everyone out the door with problem solved in a timely fashion. She is exactly what AT&T needs. She needs to be running that store and need a huge raise. She is going places. Everyone reading these reviews. Go to the magnolia AT&T store and see Brittany. She is helpful. Didn’t expect to upgrade my phone and Brittany gave me a call. So I decided to go into the magnolia store and I was immediately welcomed and the store was clean and everyone was so friendly. The manager was very knowledgeable and Brittany upgraded me and got me in and out while transferring all my stuff off my old phone to the new phone I’m under 30 mins. I haven’t been to this location in 2 years because of the old staff attitude. Great job with this crew AT&T. Thank you Brittany and Justin

I went to the Camden store and had a horrible experience. Camden store was so rude and didn’t want to help. I came to the magnolia store and had an amazing experience. Brittany was friendly and welcoming when I walked in the door. Amazing customer service. I will continue to come to magnolia from now on. Thank you brittany
