I spoke to the manager regarding transferring my service to another carrier, manager answered my questions but manager was condescending and didn't seem interested in keeping my business. I explained to manager that I have been an AT&T customer since 2006 and was looking into switching Carriers to save money. Manager just informed me what I needed to do to transfer my service. Disappointed that AT&T doesn't care about their loyal customers.
No stars from my experience The sales rep was very arrogant from the minute she opened her mouth - she listened to my issue but quickly dismissed me verbally & went to service another client that had come in after myself. She stated that I needed to return because she could not troubleshoot accounts in the last hour prior to before closing. The store closes at 7pm CST when she announced this it was 5:55pm! I left vowing to never return to this site !
We visited the Munster store July 14, 2023. The employee greeted us, patiently answered questions and even tried to find additional discounts for our account. As we were upgrading devices and transferring data to new devices, the appointment took some time, but the employee was very efficient. Good experience overall.
