Kayla, Jalieah, and Kiana were amazing!!! Very helpful, attentive, friendly, and caring. K helped us with our upgraded phones that my mother and I purchased from Target. The customer service was so excellent/outstanding, we will get our upgrades from this location from now on! The patience she had with us was wonderful. It took 2 hours to set our phones up but she truly came through for us 😊 will definitely come back to this location ALWAYS ❤️
My phone was stolen by an In-home Sales Expert employee from your store who came along with the internet installer to sell me a phone. She listed your store as her homebase and this was verified when I came in that she worked out of your store. I was also scammed into paying $60 over what she promised monthly for two years.
This wrong has never be made right. I emailed, called, visited the store, only to be told there was nothing that could be done. The email was never responded to. The phone number I was given was disconnected or she simply blocked me. I made at least 5 separate store visits for help. The store manager acted sympathetic but was ultimately unhelpful.
Is this the reputation you want to keep, AT&T?
The wait period was okay as I understood. There were only 2 reps and I came before 10am. There were several people a head of me. However, when helped the rep stayed with me until we were completely done. Very satisfied.
The customer service rep. Kyra Dudlley who helped me was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the phones and their features, understood and could explain the different plans clearly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I could not be happier. She is the reason why I purchased at the AT&T store located on Briarcliff road.
Kyra has revived customer service! I appreciate her not only assisting with our phone upgrade, but she took the liberty of accessing our family AT&T account to ensure we were maximizing our plan. Good customer service oftentimes seems extent, but we left feeling like valued customers.
