AT&T Store

They were busy but the manager went above and beyond to help me get new service set up at my apartment. We had to wait a bit to get started but once we had he was efficient and had us in and out! I had to reschedule my instillation appointment multiple times and had issues with the technician AT&T had assigned to it, but once again the manager of this store helped me reschedule and advocated on my behalf with the broader corporation to make sure the installation happened.

We had gone into the store for assistance with a phone replacement activation and some other issues, Rony the associate on duty single handedly fixed all of our issues not to mention everyone's that walked in to the store. Rony was patient, no nonsense, and efficient regardless of home being the ONLY person on duty.

The AT&T store on Belmont is so convenientlly close to our home and all of our mobile phone needs are right there. So grateful for the very knowledgeable Manager Rony who was able to help us switch over from T Mobile and also transfer all our phone info to our new phones...We get to save some money on our bundles also. Thank you so much for your help.

Alex is the best!! She turned a usually painful phone buying experience into an easy and quick one. She has such a positive attitude and she’s definitely good at her job. We came in for one new phone and ended up getting new phones for me, my boyfriend and both of his parents. We will definitely be back here for our phone needs.
