AT&T Store

Be sure to watch your bill! The people that work here are super nice, but once I got my bill I saw that signed me up for a ton of add-ons that they never once asked me about during the enrollment process. Super shady in my opinion. Thankfully when I called customer service they were able to take them off and refund me.

Worst experience ever! Of all the years I have been with AT&T, I have never been treated this way. The “assistant supervisor” Karime was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful! Not only did she gave me wrong information, She was also being rude to her employee, throwing the iPad and constantly rolling her eyes as if she didn’t want to be there. They ordered the wrong device for me despite of confirming multiple times what I wanted. If it wasn’t for Dustin who handled the situation in a more professional way and fixed my order, I would never step foot in this place again.

Just left this location, we were the first to enter when they opened and were helped by an associate named Krime. She gave us the worst customer service by an AT&T employee I’ve ever received. She seemed to be upset we came in to the store and did not help with any questions we had. I asked simply the difference between two phones and she gave me almost no information, which left me to look it up myself in front of her. She just honestly had no personable skills and probably shouldn’t be working in customer service. Her attitude was lazy and rude. This was even more frustrating seeing as though I just spent 200 dollars. I know you probably hoped for a different career Krime but sadly all you could manage is an AT&T rep. Piece of advice, don’t project that onto your customers. And don’t judge people based on their race!

Good store; always a good experience here. Worked with Josh today, and he was super helpful and got me squared away with my new phone . He was definitely more helpful than the phone-in ATT support as well as the Asurian team that provided my replacement phone. Worked with him last year also when getting a new phone as he was equally as helpful then. Big up Josh.

This was the most successful and efficient at&t visit I've ever had. In years with the service. Josh at this location was professional and answered our questions fully. Two of us were in and out of there in less than 30 mins total with new phones ordered. Very happy with this experience.
