Rosy is a wonderful customer service rep At Att in Joliet loop mall. She did a very good job with helping me with my new phone and to help me purchase the Correct screen protector and case. She is the best.

Yall need to go see my girl Wanda and her crew, promise this the only At&t I go to, they always get you right with the best deals! They also play good music!!

This store has horrible customer service. The young lady I dealt with has a very cocky and nonchalant attitude toward serving and doing all she can for her customers. Not to mention that she'll take personal calls in the middle of assisting you, leaving you standing there while she laughs about personal matters. My greatest concern is the lack of uniformity from the in-store staff to the over the phone csr's. I was trying to figure out how to utilize at&t's number sync between my galaxy watch and phone, it's been 2 days of in store visits and literally hours on the phone, yet this service is still not activated. I canceled the service line for the watch and was told I'm still being charged the activation fee even though it was under 48 hrs.....at&t never surprises me with the hoops you gotta jump through for some fairness....I'm a long time customer and always have to battle about something, I wonder why I haven't went anywhere else yet!?

In the past we have received excellent customer service from the staff in this store. Last week my wife and I went in to upgrade and purchase new iPhones. The clerk, Meghan, appeared to be alone in the store but since we were the only customers she was attentive to us. She showed us the new model phones and we were able to see the difference in the size from our current models. My wife asked about transferring all data from our old phones to the new and Meghan explained that all we would need was our Apple passwords. I did not have that information with me so we explained that we would return later to resume our business. While we were talking with her, Meghan welcomed a couple that had entered the store and told them she would be with them shortly. We thanked her for her help and left to get the information needed. When we returned there was a young man helping a customer. No other staff was on the sales floor. We might as well have been invisible. There was no recognition of our existence and no effort to call for other staff. After about 10 minutes I interrupted his conversation and explained that we had been there earlier and were working with Meghan. He excused himself briefly and went into the staff area. At this point another customer entered who Meghan apparently had been expecting, because when she finally appeared and saw this other woman, she went back into the staff area and returned with a package for this other customer. Again, there was zero recognition that we were even present. At this point, somewhat frustrated, I went up to Meghan and shared that we were not happy since we were there prior to the customer she was serving. She did not share that this woman may have had an appointment and that she would assist us momentarily. I indicated that we would go to another store to purchase the new phones. She was totally unconcerned about this and said “That’s fine.” When I asked about a business card for the store manager the other sales person said that did not exist but gave me the card for the store. I asked for the name of the manager and he gave me two names apparently being uncertain who the supervisor was. We found this overly casual approach to providing customer service and earning potential sales revenue to be lacking. When I called the number the next day, and after wading through the morass of the corporate phone system, I asked to speak to the manager. I was informed that she was with a customer and was currently unavailable for at least 30 minutes. I left my name and number and asked for a return call. The lack of customer concerns apparently is systemic because now three days later I have yet to receive a call. We are most disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by the employees of this store. As long time customers of AT&T and of this store, we had and have a right to expect reliable and efficient customer service.
