AT&T Store

Some people talk the talk, but my man Vinny absolutely walks the walk. Best customer service I have ever had and it’s not even close! He even offered me tacos and I’m like “sir this is an AT&T store” but he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. This man deserves a raise and a pizza party. 5 stars and a high five for my man Vinny

My son and I stopped in so he could get his info from old phone transferred to his new phone. Vinny took good care of us. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He has great stories to tell as we passed the time. Vinny made sure my son checked his phone, before we left, to ensure everything was done correctly. I’m waiting for my new phone and we will definitely be asking for Vinny when I need my information transferred.

Vinny was fantastic! Excellent service! Super easy and very quick assistance. He helped us get our phone set up to be fixed after shattering the screen. Vinnie is the guy to go to for any need or service. So personable and knowledgeable. We are deaf. He took care of us and made sure we understood him. Such a wonderful experience. I’d give him way more than 5 stars if I could.

Vinny and his team at this location are the greatest! While I won’t endorse the telecom company as a whole, this store gets a gold star. If you look up “good customer service” in the dictionary, it would be a picture of the manager Vinny
