AT&T Store

The woman who assisted me was extremely helpful. She was amazingly friendly and made me very comfortable while speaking with her. Her positive energy was captivating, I couldn't have asked for better assistance. I hate that I can't remember her name but I'll always remember her face and how well she treated me.

We had a problem with inappropriate Facebook postings. Christian was very knowledgeable, polite & professional. He not only fixed our phones, but also taught us how to remedy the problem, if it ever happened again. We would highly recommend him for any service you need concerning your phones. Great young man!!!you

Ken at the Lakewood village AT&T store in North Little Rock was a true angel!! I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness!!! He was the most helpful and kindest person that has ever helped me in an AT&T store…EVER! Thank you Ken!!! You are awesome and have big things to show this world!! The world is better because of you!!

HORRIBLE experience, and what was worse than the service I received was the unprofessional manager. Went in to switch from a company phone plan to my own plan and to get a new phone. I was told they could not get into my company's account because I was NOT authorized. I was in fact authorized for the transfer of accounts. (side note: I had ZERO issues getting into the account with the lady who helped me a few weeks prior to this issue at this EXACT SAME STORE, and was not able to transfer then because the balance on my phone had not been paid by my company). SO I came back to the SAME store and was refused to be helped by the manager, who raised his voice at me, was EXTREMLY RUDE AND told me I could leave the store if I had a problem and proceeded to say "that is what I thought", because I did not leave. He then left me at the table and I called our company authorizer who had just verified (went to the Springdale ATT store and spoke to someone) that I was indeed on the account and that they were not going about the situation the correct way. So I left, and went to the Jacksonville store and had ZERO issues at this store, extremely helpful, friendly and top notch service! LONG STORY SHORT AVOID THE LAKEWOOD ATT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!!!!! Go the few extra miles to Jacksonville and you will be well taken care of!
