Shainia at this location is awesome! She helped us with our initial question and then went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our plan and experience there and we walked out with the newest iPhones! Had an issue went back the next day and she was able to assist us quickly and then explain so we knew for the following time!
Rich was amazing. He stayed later than the store hours to make sure my wife and I were taken care of. Very professional and knowledgeable guy. Highly recommend this store.
I needed to change my plan since AT&T is charging me more money for my cell. I walked in 5 minutes before closing as I didn’t know what time the store closed. Becky, the manager, was super nice and walked me through the plans even though it was close to closing time. When I’m due for a new phone, I will come back to this particular store for the new iPhone. Becky is the type of employee that is tough to find in 2022. Thank you Becky.
I wish I could give a great review however I honestly can’t. I walked in and the only employee in the store was on the phone. She finished her conversation and after about 2 mins she hung up and asked me if she could help me. She was no help and didn’t look like she even wanted to find a way to help. I explained I wasn’t the holder of the plan but I could call him and I just needed my sons new phone activated. She asked for the number. I asked if it would have it on the phone. She used a judge mental tone and said “ you don’t save your sons number to your phone”. I explained that I was trying to have him message or call me so I save it that way. But all that show was an email for him. When I asked if I could call the account holder she quickly dismissed it and said she wouldn’t talk. So the account holder called me and asked to speak to her. She said well I can talk to him but it won’t change anything. I understand having a hard day etc but to be so rude to a customer. And no one was in the store besides myself , two kids and her. I definitely will seek help at another store if I ever find myself needing help again.
First off, I never leave reviews. However, my experience was worth the few minutes to acknowledge AT&T. Becky was pleasant and helped me pick the plan that worked best for me and my family. There was an irate customer in line and Becky excused herself to calm the customer down. Meanwhile, Alyssa stepped in and completed the transaction for me. That’s teamwork!
