AT&T Store

We went in to separate our accounts, and while it should be an easy process we left with a bad experience. The manager (not sure what his name was) was short with us when we asked about discounts carrying over. He rudely started to ask if we had any more questions. We explained what our understanding was and he immediately told us in a very condescending tone that we must have misunderstanding because he personally trained all the employees. We went to another At&t store and they helped us.

Kyle the store manager was amazing he was so helpful and patient. He made my first experience at at&t a good one, and I really appreciated his costumer service.
