SPECTACULAR! They had some sneakers in another store and they took the time to bring them to the store knowing that we are not from here, the guy's treatment was EXCELLENT. Congratulations on the stores you have, the kindness and customer service.
Online purchasing is not recommended. I ordered some sneakers after a week without knowing anything, they sent me a tracking number. When I look for it, it is an order that goes to Alicante when I am from Cádiz, they tell me that the parcel service must have made a mistake because the address was set correctly.
After two weeks of calling, emailing, on Instagram, they told me that it was a stock error and that there are no shoes.
First, they send it to me and the parcel is wrong and then there is no stock.
In the end, two weeks waiting, giving me trouble and without shoes

Impressive is not enough to describe the treatment and the service received. 5 stars seems low to me. I wanted to buy some Athletics shoes, I had problems with the size, and not only did they solve it, but they told me that if there was a problem, they would make a change. In the end, on Saturday afternoon I bought them, and on Tuesday morning I had them at my doorstep. Thank you. I will buy again
