Fairly new place. Looking good with decent service.

First, being a brewery they do not have third parties. Just Heineken 0.0 and toast. Cruzcampo's barrel was empty and they did not change it. They gave me the option of paying 0.5 cent more for a draft Heineken. Furthermore, they have not filled the jugs or glasses, they have left them 3/4 full. We have complained about it but the boy did not want to add more. I have also seen that a boy took a very light Pepsi, in the absence of changing the box. Second, in the €3.5 serranito they gave me 15 potatoes counted and I asked for a few more but the girl told me that that was the portion, without giving me any other option. But my friend has put much more in it than me. No comment.... Third, in my friend's serranito they only put a small slice of serrano ham. Fourth, at 9:30 p.m. with a line to the door and the terrace practically full, they have already cleaned the interior and have raised the stools to the tables so that no one sits. Honestly, not to return.

I would like my review to reach the address of the establishment. Not for me to scold the workers, but for them to see what they are doing wrong and change it, because they lose customers and because of the reviews I just saw, it seems that they are getting worse and worse and there is no remedy. We have had a bad experience in this establishment before, but we wanted to give it another chance, since we like the food. We have ordered several things attached photo of the ticket. The first thing I ask for is a large pitcher of radler and they serve it to me with more than 2 fingers of foam... which I don't understand if it's so that we consume more (we ask for another) or is it that the person who served me didn't know how to put beers, come on there was a little more than half a pitcher of beer and everything else foam. We ordered a chicken salad, a tosta, chicken tears and a serranito. The chicken tears are very good, but I see little quantity to pay 6 euros per portion. The salad was good but it lacked dressing, my wife gets up to comment that they put a little more vinegar on it and they tell her that vinegar is fine. The serranito came with French fries which were totally cold, I can confirm this because I ate it myself. It was also mentioned to the cook, and she told my wife clearly that they had been cooking for 5 minutes and that they did not change them. The toast is very good and the correct quantity. the same as I say the bad I say the good Points to improve customer service, and quantities of food and drinks, especially on days when there are no offers and you pay more for the products. The good client has to be taken care of and for small details not to lose them. Unfortunately we won't be back.

The girl who helped us was very friendly. The popcorn chicken and cheese popcorn are spectacular. To have a cold beer and snack, it's fine.

I have gone several times. The food as always, considering that it is a fast food chain. It should be noted that we went approximately a month ago and we found it embarrassing and incredible that on a Wednesday night (Wednesdays being one of the strongest days due to having the Euromania offer) there was only one guy to take orders, charge at the bar, serve drinks , clean the tables and so on. From several reviews I have read it is clear to me that it is not an isolated day and that more staff should be hired. Apart from this, that boy behaved like a 10. He even brought us a bowl of fresh water for our dog, who came with us (sitting on the terrace).
