Lisette helped us plan a last minute cruise for 7 people. She was so patient with our requests and made sure we were ready to go so everything went smoothly. We couldn't have pulled it all together without her! Would definitely use them again!

I would have liked to have worked with someone from here.  I sent 2 emails before anyone responded.  Sheryl responded and set up a phone call for this past Monday (11/20) at 11am.  Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the call.  Disappointed

So grateful for Cruise International for honoring my girlfriend & my canceled trip after covid.. Now we are given our credits & we are going transatlantic this April.  I have booked with Cruise International a number of times  .. they always take care of my requests & it is great to have great customer care & someone specific to call if there are any complications. Backbeat Tours

How could we expect that. Our guide was professional musician Cecil Yanis. He sung everything which came from Memphis, show Memphis all historic places including famous Sun Records Studio. 3 hours tour on comfortable coach bus. Amazing 😍

We took the walking Ghost tour, and our guide Daniel was great. We heard stories about the ghosts that haunt Memphis locations like Ernestine and Hazel’s and he also wove in some of his favorite aspects of Memphis. It is definitely worth doing!

When in Memphis , this is the tour you need to take. We hope you get Cecil Yancey as your very musically talented and knowledgable tour guide, he even got one of Sam Phillips sons(Jerry), to step on the bus and talk to us. Thanks to Backbeat tours and Cecil.

Did the 90 minute tour. Bus ride is really bumpy. The singing was a good touch to keep it less boring between stops. Sometimes we stopped to look and other times it was a drive by. You need to add more women of Soul into your tour speech. Talk less about Ike Turner and more about Tina Turner, and the woman of Soul.

Highly reccommened. Great tour highlighting the musical history of Memphis, and showing how Gospel, Blues and country came together to create Rock and Roll. Big call out to Cecil our singing guide (as all guides are). Take the Sun studio tour option as well. Go to Graceland in the morning and take this tour in the afternoon, makes for a great day in Memphis

Our trip was fantastic!  We did 10 days in Ireland.  We started in Dublin and then visiting 5 other cities via rental car.  Hands down, the best vacation of our lives.  We had perfect weather and were able to check everything off our must-do list (we are already making a list for our next visit).  Our friends and family who followed our trip on social media couldn't believe the variety and depth of the itinerary.  It looked like a tourism ad.  We would not have been able to pull all of that together on our own.  Joshua and Stephanie took care of everything.  We just had to show up and have a great time.  Everything was written down, ordered, and organized.  We knew how much time we had in each place and had a few purchase-aheads like tours and tickets.  It was easy to sort out our discretionary time from the pre-arranged activities.  It was perfect.  We hit a handful of very touristy things like Trinity College in Dublin, Ring of Kerry and the Cliffs of Moher (all of which live up to the hype).  The mix of hotels they selected for us were also amazing.  We stayed in a historic hotel in Dublin (where George Bernard Shaw lived for 2 years) but also got to try some modern places.  One even had a spectacular pool which made us rush out to find swim suits.  Our favorite stay was the Arbutus Hotel in Killarney which had a stately old world charm but very modern amenities.  In case anyone is on the fence, Ireland is a spectacular tourist destination.  It is authentically European and the people are amazing.  Our trip ended with a bang... by staying in Cabra Castle.  The grounds were incredible and the rooms were stunning.  A perfect end to a perfect trip.  We'll definitely be booking again.

We just booked an Ireland vacation with Joshua and Stephanie and the experience was awesome.  This will be my first trip abroad in over twenty years and a first trip for my wife and kids.  They were patient with us every step of the way.  We have an awesome itinerary planned with an eclectic mix of hotels and activities.  I'll update the review after the trip with some more notes and pictures.

We had a group of us going on a cruise but booking under three different bookings which made for more questions as we were leaving on different days and out of different airports.

We just booked our first family cruise with Joshua Brand, and he was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgable about the specific ports, cabin classes, and ships on the line we picked as well as all the covid-related changes to travel insurance.  It was incredibly useful to have someone with personal knowledge of our ship explain which perks are probably worth buying, which ones aren't, and which ones are nice but can be had for less money. The best part is that all his expertise and legwork in booking our cruise was totally free to us.

Joshua, was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful with planning our cruise. He was able to answer all my questions, quickly at that, and was very helpful when it came to my specific requests.

This was my first cruise and I was doing it with a family of five (kids aged 6, 8 and 21). Gerry and Margaret oversaw my first-ever cruise to Alaska and I cannot speak highly enough of their kindness, expertise, professionalism and dedication. My cousins live outside of Chicago, where Gerry and Margaret are based; I live in Long Beach, CA. None of us had been to Alaska and I had never cruised except Russia (river). Not only were all questions thoroughly answered and all concerns researched and resolved, but Gerry and Margaret were invaluable in helping us book our excursions in advance, obtain transfer to-and-from airport and ship, and verify flight information (our flights were booked through Holland America). They printed out all documents for my cousin Pam and even prepared the HA luggage tags for all three of us. They made themselves available 24/7 to answer questions, even when they were on vacation or business trips. Gerry also obtained an on-board Internet package for me when I had difficulty doing so. Our “Cousins Cruise” was amazing and much of it was because of Gerry and Margaret’s unfailing patience, knowledge, and commitment. They have my strongest recommendation.

Working with Gerry and Margaret to plan our honeymoon to Europe was great! Gerry was knowledgeable about all the cruise ports, trip and travel information, as well as being available for any and all questions. Margaret knew about all the sites and places to visit and gave great travel advice too! I 100% recommend working with them through Cruise Planners for your next vacation.
