Very helpful people here. I would say however that you may not always get the best options compared with on line or with the call center.  It seems to take a good while to find options.  Maybe they have an old computer system.  Customer service is good however.

We've been using Mrs. Clean for a few months for our vacation rental home. Marissa has been very easy to communicate with, is very knowledgeable about the STR industry and passionate about what she does. We've had great reviews on our home and its cleanliness, and when we came to visit the house was in great condition. They provide a condition report after each guest, and communicate any issues or questions timely. Running a rental can be stressful but knowing we have Mrs. Clean takes some of that stress away since I know we don't need to worry about the house being cleaned and the quality of the cleaning done.

Leanne’s help with each part of our trip enabled us to have a stressful and fabulous vacation! All tickets came as planned for places like the Louvre and the Catacombs..When we encountered problems with one leg of our flights, she was there to help despite the time difference. The Cruise Planner excursions we booked were great and cost was reasonable. An excellent experience!

I had not one BUT two great hotels offered to me!! Amazinginly helpful and every request I had was kept in mind. Pleasant interactions and I will be booking more trips in the future.

Everyone was very Nices thank you Aeromexico.

The only bad thing is that I didn't like that they were changing the dates of the reservations, they should respect it since 13 hours for the connection change is a long time and very tiring 😩

Good service, but little willingness to help

Incredible that it is closed for the weekend when you can and want to buy a plane ticket. And the other agencies are closed. Cooler people here in Lancaster and Palmdale.

David booked a cruise for me and my partner back in August and we had a fantastic time.
