For me it was very easy from the beginning to buy the tickets, it is an excellent customer service from the counter, flight attendants and flight captain. I highly recommend it because they make you feel like an important customer at all times, both boarding and leaving the plane is very orderly. Already in flight in the morning they offer you a delicious coffee from Punta del Cielo that is a plus.

I didn't know such a cheap service exists on this planet. Like tickets but when I wanted to bill them I could never enter and not communicate. 0or what's colo a damn robot answers and calls answer the computer and after 15 seconds the call is cut off on all numbers

The man answering the phone shows very little customer service attitude. I asked him if he was giving me a round trip price and he told me: "no, it's simple, we're not fortune tellers here to know that you want a round trip flight." I couldn't believe that he answered me. He suggested that I make reservations online so that I could save $350 pesos that they charge for the "service" they provide at the agency. And that's what I'll do, because $350 pesos per person, with 8 people traveling, I'd better spend it on something else and save... dealing with him.
"Ah, wow," I told him, and added: "Oh, it's very difficult to sell with your bad attitude, isn't it?"
And he replied: "Note, no, because the bad attitude comes from the customers; I don't know why, maybe they are in a hurry, worried about their flight."
-"It may be," I told him, "but if you realize, it is not my case"...
...he lowered 3 lines to his bad attitude.
But I learned that the mistake was mine, for not telling him when I'm coming back, what I'm going to, who we're going to, etc. I thought he was going to ask some questions, as part of his attention, and that, to sell, he would offer me a round trip. But no, he even recommended that I buy online.
As my dad would say: "that will sell."

I received excellent attention from the Sales Agent Leticia Meza Aragón, I was guided and informed in a comprehensive manner (costs, seats, itinerary, etc.) I felt very satisfied with the attention and quality of service. Congratulations Aeroméxico for having this type of employees with excellent quality of service.

The office is well located, in terms of attention, the ladies are very friendly, they serve you quickly, they solve your doubts, they check rates so that you are more comfortable with the costs, in general, a good option to buy your tickets if you still do not trust the services in line and you don't want to go to the airport to buy the tickets.

Sandals at Emerald Bay was so nice. The resort is a little bit run down and the food was typical resort food. Had one bad meal, but other than that we had a great experience. Sandals staff are so nice and accommodating. We would definitely go back!

Katie was an absolute blessing for our trip. She had everything planned and sorted for us so all we had to do was relax and follow her itinerary. We had a blast in Costa Rica for a great price and her expert advice about what to pack and the weather made the trip just perfect. Can't say enough great things about the trip or the job she did planning it!!

Pine Mountain RV Resort

Thanks to Jade my husband and I had an amazing weekend. When I called to make reservations for camping  she went above and beyond helping me plan our trip. She was such a joy to meet when we checked in. She was very quick to catch my sense of humor and we connected instantly. Thank you Jade for making my birthday getaway so special.

We visited our cousins who were parked here. Love the area and the laid-back atmosphere.  Loved the festival they had ,music awesome,  loved the band. People are very friendly and easy to carry on a conversation with. The park is very clean and well kept. The sites are spacious and staff nice. The town is close so doing some sightseeing and shopping is easily accessible.  Loved it all!

Very low value for the price. We paid 150.00 a night for a yurt...no refrig, no microwave, shared bathroom facilities, no towels, no aesthetics in the yurt. We will be staying at Calloway Gardens in the future. That would be a much better value for your money.They also charge u "dynamically" when u book, not according to when u will be staying at their property. Pool and spa not accessible in Nov.

The campground has great amenities and is close to several beautiful parks and gorgeous hikes. The spots are, for the most part, very easy access and pull through. Wifi is slow, but we didn't care.  I heard others complaining about the streaming, but we like to be outside, and they have cable available.  Nice for kids and pets.  I do wish they monitored people who didn't leash their dogs.  We had several people's dogs run up to our leashed dogs, so just be alert.

One of my favorite local spots close to home.  Everything is super clean & I love the new paved roads.   Such a treat the pool was open in October.  The front desk person was super friendly and helpful.   The grass could have been cut in some areas but, over all it’s super nice.  20 minutes away from Nutwood winery and super close to Callaway gardens.
