I had a great experience with this group.  And, Daniela Dean is a fantastic buyers agent!  She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always had a smile on her face!  She couldn't have been more accommodating!  Also, we had a termination of one of our contracts and had no problem getting our money returned. A truly dedicated group and I highly recommend them!

Been eating at El Jinete for over 10 years but, our time has come to an end. We were seated and the server who gave us water and there was a straw added that already had been drank from a previous customer and had red lipstick on the straw. We explained to Roman (Mgr) and he didn’t seem alarmed at all only joked about me having previously having diagnosed with COVID and I explained to him that I didn’t want it again.

Due to default on the sellers part we terminated. Now we can not get them to call us back about our $1400 earnest money. I do not recommend using them.

The agents and staff at RE/MAX Legends are incredible. I highly recommend this brokerage!

Fred Dubuisson was the best.  He had to navigate many hurdles to complete this sale.  He was patient, consistent and tireless in the  details involved in what had to be one of his most challenging sales. We spent many hours on the phone and doing text messages.  I never once got an answering machine when I called him.  I think it was 3 months from start to finish and we became friends.  I will actually miss his calls.  I promised him a lobster when we moved to Maine!! Thanks, Fred.

She does the research to ensure you have all the facts to make an informed decision. Our family has worked with Fred Dubuisson from this office for three home purchases now. We love Fred! He always answers his phone, is always able to meet with us quickly, and finds answers if he doesn't already know them. This time around, we needed information from the closing company and they were not getting back to us by phone, so Fred personally went to the office and waited there to speak to them. There were also some items that were missing from the property after closing. Fred contacted the seller asking for the items to be returned, and then followed up to make sure we had gotten them.

I was a first-time home buyer and I'm so happy that I had Fred Dubuisson as my agent. He used  his experience and expertise to guide me through the process to find a house that was perfect for me while avoiding the problems and pitfalls along the way. Had the pleasure of working with Julie Moon on selling our first home! When it was time for pictures she was so great and bringing our homes potential out for buyers to see how cute it was!  She was able to sell it during a holiday season which was a huge plus for us! Overall highly recommend!!!!

I had a pretty bad experience with a realtor named Julie moon. We have purchased 4 properties now, and this was the worst experience out of all of them. She lied to my wife and I about certain things I won't disclose at this time, and I felt that it was all about the money for her. We actually went with a different realtor after I fired her from selling our property, I would have went with a different realtor on buying our property if I wasn't already under contract legally with her. I do NOT recommend Julie as a professional realtor organization.

Brian was my Realtor..He went beyond a Realtor duties.  He checked on the place. While I left to go back home to Wyoming. Made sure everything was running and helped out when we had extremely cold weather in Arizona. Brian followed through on every detail before the closing.  Honest, trustworthy, and fair.. A very kind and patient..hard working Realtor..

Never did bother to answer me back if they were interested in listing my properties . I wasted 2 days waiting for an answer , and all l got was an automated email wanting me to buy a property .

Great people, very polite & friendly... yet professional. I've heard about the nightmares of some other Property Management CO's... this definitely isn't one of them, if I owned a place and needed a Management CO., I would definitely use this one and definitely recommend them as well. 👍🏽👍🏽

I highly recommend Charmayne Keith for your real estate needs. She helped me sell my home and get the best possible outcome. Even though I live out of state, she helped me every step of the way. It could have been a lot more stressful if it wasn’t for her experience and hard work!

Charmayne is a fantastic Realtor. I first discovered her 7 years ago when my mother was moving from Illinois to Kingman, AZ. My mom purchased a new home, and the builder cooperated with Charmayne, which was essential given that my mother and I were both in Illinois during construction. Charmayne helped us be comfortable with construction progress that we could not physically monitor.

Fast forward 7 years to 2023. My mother's mobility and ability to safely live independently in a three-bedroom house has deteriorated.  Time came to relocate her to a retirement community that could provide as-needed assistance beyond what neighbors could help with.

Charmayne was the only realtor even considered by my mother and me. Even with my memories of her help 7 years ago, I am truly astonished at the guidance and help she provided.

First, she recommended a price we considered reasonable, given the current market (interest rates, etc), recent sales, and homes currently on the market.

Secondly, she immediately and confidently assessed how the house should be presented to prospective buyers. Everyone loves everything in their home, but Charmayne has the experience to know what others will visualize as something that could be in their own home, and what a prospective buyer would view as "just not their home".

Finally, Charmayne and her team...and even her family (including her mother and husband!) jumped in to help prepare the home for sale. Remember....I live in Illinois and my mother needed to move to Illinois for her own physical safety. Charmayne and team helped advertise and run a garage/house/estate sale to find buyers for much of the furnishings and belongings that weren't being moved. For things not purchase during the sale, her husband James brought teams of men to help move things from the house to local charities. We were so happy that nothing needed to be thrown out (well, except used ketchup bottles and the like!).

I arrived in Kingman on October 30th, and wanted to be home in Illinois for Thanksgiving. Without Charmayne's fantastic help, I would have had to return to Kingman after Thanksgiving to complete the preparation to sell the house. Travel costs alone would have been several thousand dollars. Instead, Charmayne helped prepare the house for sale without my having to return to Kingman.

And...the best part of the story...my mother received an offer one week after I flew back to Illinois. She closed two weeks later. My mother did not have to carry the cost of the house for months; she sold very quickly. I can't imagine that having happened without the help of Charmayne Keith!

Kim was absolutely the best. She was so kind, patient & professional. I was a nervous wreck & she made things so easy for us. I am thankful everyday for all she did. Kim even came in on Mother's Day to get us in escrow. Words really don't do her justice. I would say that if you need someone you can trust & will be there for you, call Kim. Thank you so very much for everything.

Placed an application, went through the process and put a down payment for a rental. I had a great experience, given my background. Honesty on the initial application goes a long way. Tosha O’Neill assisted in this process. In my opinion she was helpful, and understood the urgency to get into a place. I GIVE MY EXPERIENCE 5 stars, the front desk receptionist Brandy was also very informative. Rather than base any opinions on one persons bad experience. I suggest walk-in and see what happens. Everyone has bad days, remember everyone is human, and sometimes people treat you, how you treat them.

Kim Ewoldt was the absolute worst realtor we have ever dealt with in our entire life. From the very start she was rude about the house we loved, and had a terrible attitude. We continued with her and gave her a chance. To make a long story short, I would consider Kim a narcissist manipulator with a severe personality disorder. Kim failed to allow us time to do a pre closing walkthrough, and also did not follow up with the sellers agent to ensure that the required inspections had been completed on the seller side. This caused us to be rended homeless for 3 nights. What did Kim say about this? NOTHING. Her and her boss Helena did not offer to get us a hotel room, or even apologize. If you want to be homeless then please work with these people!

Tosha and Helena are great property managers.  They handle problems, keep up on maintenance, they get properties rented with qualified tenants and their paperwork is easy to understand.

This professional management team is the best. They have handled our rental properties for over 10 years and I highly recommend them to manage your rental property.

The realtor we had for looking for a place was wonderful. This woman went above and beyond to help us find a place and so much more. We were using a VA Loan and she was comfortable and confident in handling it. When our loan officer wasn’t coming down on numbers she found us one that would, she recommended so many options to help us save money and time as well. Just so you know Remax, you have yourselves an excellent employee.

Help sell a property now I come home to a letter from a realtor from this business saying they are going to double my rent from 500 to 1000 if I don't move out does this business not understand we are in a pandemic??? You did live viewings instead of a virtual one putting my family at risk then sold the property without letting us know I found out on Zillow then 3 days later being told I had to move very unprofessional
