Kelly and I partnered on a 4 unit conversion outside of Roswell.  Guy knows his stuff!  I'm from out of state so I relied pretty heavily on him to assist with the day-to-day management and material sourcing for the contractor.   Kelly did a stellar job and was available 24/7. Georgia Home Rescue

I purchased a property in the City of Atlanta from Georgia Home Rescue, LLC a few months ago and within 4 months discovered that the seller and or seller’s contractor Mission Builders LLC created a landfill in the back yard during construction. I had to hire a contractor to remediate the landfill. They discovered many items that were previously located at the property when they took ownership; 13 tires, the chain link fence that was surrounding the property and large pieces of concrete from the previous driveway, etc. In addition we found discarded sheet metal, fresh cut lumber debris from construction, broken cinder blocks, rotten wood, lumber straps, discarded bottles and cans with date stamps from construction and a full hand truck. There was a clear attempt to hide the buried debris and false claims were made on the sellers disclosure related to landfills. I have made attempts to discuss the matter and have been pushed off and ignored. It has cost me close to $10,000 to fix the issue and they have provided no assistance. BUYER BEWARE!

We had a horrible experience selling our family home to J.O. the owner of this company and regret doing business with him. He was my mother’s next-door neighbor and took advantage of our situation when she passed away. He is very charming and convinced the estate’s executor to push his offer to us and we ended up having to wait for over a year for closing while the property was redistricted from DeKalb County to City of Atlanta schools to increase the property value and his offer. (He told us a neighbor had just done the same process in a matter of weeks.) During the agonizing year that we waited for the sale to close, He had multiple trees cut down in our backyard while we still owned the property. He did not ask us if he could do this, and had no legal right to do it. We didn’t know this had happened until after other neighbors and the DeKalb County arborist intervened to stop all of the trees from being cut down. Jacob expressed no empathy that we were so upset about him trespassing on and destroying our mother’s property. Unfortunately it was too late for the trees and after the sale finally went through he killed all the other trees on the property in violation of tree ordinances and built a huge house for himself. “Rescue” implies he’s saving you or the house, but he acts in his own interest.

Jacob and his team at Georgia Home Rescue came through and did exactly what they said they would.  While other companies were lowballing me, Georgia Home Rescue gave me an extremely cash offer and closed within 2 weeks. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as stress-free as it was.  I'd highly recommend.

CENTURY 21 Arizona West

This real estate company bamboozled me for a sale.  I was an out of town buyer working with an out of town seller.  I was not told that this property was a hoarder home.  Most hoarder homes need to be demolished,  burned to the ground.   I was lied to, deceived, told this property was in move in condition.  Century 21 suggested all repairs,  inspections, hired workers that did not fulfill the work orders.  The new roof leaked like drain on a sink.  The roofer came over swore about his workers.  The Real estate lady never represented, me the buyer after telling me that this office does thus all the time, no worries.  The house was horrible,  dirty, broken,  unusable. My dog didn't even want to go I side.  This particular office allows liars to work in the office.  I had a meeting with the Broker and office manager about my frustration.   They would not come to the home to see the lies.  I saw the Broker at a charity event that I was volunteering at.  She was a total  jerk.  She would not acknowledge anyone that was a volunteer.  She sat at a table that she bought tickets for.   Otherwise I am assuming no one would have been at her table.  Century 21 on wickenburg way is a horrible condescending office.  Do not use this office.

Sammie Hone is the best of the best when it comes to a realtor. She helped my family and I find our forever home. If you need a realtor dont hesitate to call the best realtor in town SAMMIE HONE.

Contacted the office through the website. Received a confirmation and a app link. But no call. I called and spoke with an agent who would pass my message to the next available agent. I never received a return call. Well... guess I’ll seek out another more efficient Realtor.

What an amazing group of real estate agents. Not only are they knowledgeable about the buying and selling process in the Atlanta Georgia area, they are true professionals. I was only willing to pay 2.0% agent commission.  After some back and forth, she said that your boss would only accept 2.5%.  I again stated that 2.0% was my offer.  She then said that she would refund me the difference after we close so I would only be paying the 2.0%. After the official closing, she told me that she had a showing and would meet with me later that day to give me the refund we agreed to. However, she stopped answering my calls and texts until I contacted her management, then she lied and denied that we had such an agreement. Buyers/Sellers BEWARE.
