Our family has lived in the same house since1977.  We modified the builder's plans and included lots of special features that were important to us.  Consequently we never felt the need to move.  Now that we are older, we decided to downsize into a senior retirement community.  We suddenly, after 46 years, needed to find a realtor and sell our house.  We asked trusted friends and neighbors whom they would recommend as a realtor and they came up with a few outstanding candidates.  We invited them to our home and asked them about marketing our house.  After listening to them, my husband said that Pamm was the best choice for selling our house.  She was knowledgeable, positive, dynamic and enthusiastic.

She was organized and brought us information about houses for sale in our neighborhood,  She described how she marketed houses, how she protected our keys and made useful suggestions on how to present our house.  She helped us come up with a realistic price for our house.  She created a beautiful brochure of our house using professional photographers.  Our house never looked so good!  She never revealed personal information about her other clients.  She always took her responsibilities seriously.  She acted as a good go- between us and the buyers.  She was  always available when we needed her.  She was friendly, personable and respectful of our needs.

Shane was the ideal realtor. He was understanding and flexible with mine and my husbands schedules, he made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, and he really took the time to listen to our wants and desires in a home. Shane was always available through text or call to answer all of our questions, (which we had ALOT as first time home buyers). Neither of us are from AZ so it was amazing to hear his input in pros and cons of different properties on locations, layout, etc. It also felt like he was always looking out for us in terms of following up with inspectors and the seller and always keeping us up to date the minute he had news. From the first meeting with Shane he made us feel comfortable and confident that he had our best interests and not just trying to convince us into getting him the biggest paycheck. Even now after closing on the house we had a little mishap/ question and Shane was still willing to come out to take a look and help us, luckily we didn't need him to but that is undeniably the best service I have ever had. 5 stars, amazing amazing service. We are so happy we had Shane as our realtor and will DEFINITELY use him to purchase any other properties in the future.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Remax and the Carpenters for a 2nd time and were very satisfied repeat customers. There were several hurdles this go around but with the two of them, Mary & Scott Carpenter, they manage to still make the transaction of selling and purchasing a blessing for the two of us. I highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs! You will not be disappointed and will feel very took care of and special by everyone you speak with at remax! We do not plan on going anywhere anytime soon but I am certain my wife and I will be three time clients if we do! Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Carpenter for everything y’all have done for us thus far!

Wish negative stars was an option for Mary Carpenter. The worst realtor experience I have ever encountered. Mary is extremely pushy and hard to get a hold of. You’ll hear from her assistants more than you will from her. She presents herself in a professional manner but once you start trying to sell a house with her she only cares about closing the sell as fast as possible. She doesn’t listen to the person she represents. She is not helpful at all. I strongly recommend you find someone else to help you as she will not make time for you. The only times I did hear from her she always complained that she was working late and it wasn’t even past closing time. Completely unsatisfied with her and wish I would have fired her at the first moment I realized she did not have my interest. She will negotiate on your behalf without your permission and without sending legal paperwork to have you sign it for negotiations. I do not trust her at all and neither should you.

Mary and her team of professionals made the selling process a breeze. Her knowledge and experience on the housing market are exceptional. 5 star rating is just not enough.

CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills - Property Management

So where do I begin. My family and I flew down here in August to find a place to move to. We found a place and everything went smooth. I dropped off the security deposit and first months rent as required. I informed the property manager that we will drive down and I’m not sure on what time we would arrive. Moving forward after we began our road trip I was informed I would have to come in person to sign the lease. I informed them that we would arrive a little bit before  or after 1700 and if possible could someone wait around so we could get the keys the day we arrived. The property manager, nor his supervisor was willing to accommodate this request. We drove over 1,850 miles to get here. My wife arrived at the location at approximately 1640 and she was told that everyone had left for the day. Needless to say we were not happy at all, and that was a great first impression.

I would NOT recommend using this company if listed as the broker or property manager of a rental property. They are unable to properly manage the relationship with the owners and potential renters. My application was not approved for a property despite having an income 28 times the rent and having never missed a mortgage payment or rent payment EVER in 27 years! The approval process also took an entire week after the application was completed wasting valuable search time for any other properties. Managing the relationship is after all the main function of the role. Don't waste your valuable time and look elsewhere.

The receptionist knew who to connect me to, right away. The agent "Mehdi" was helpful, useful, and sounded great. Thanks guys

Worst experience ever... they tell you one thing on the phone, then go against there word and say that it's not in wrighting and threaten to sue.... they're scandals that lie.

I had the great pleasure of working with Sigrid Ekrut and Vanessa Hillman from ReMax Select in Tucson. Sigrid was my main contact.  Vanessa did a superb job showing me properties.  I used Sigrid based on the recommendations of my friends Whitney and Jeff.  They were unquestionably right.  Sigrid worked very hard taking care of my unusual real estate situation and needs.  If you need a great realtor in Tucson, run, don't walk to Sigrid and Vanessa's office over on Swan.

Our agent Michele Wendel was always available and kept us up to date on all our inquires.  When we found the prefect house she continued to  be a confident liaison between our loan company, the title company and the seller's agent making sure every detail was attended to, leading to a flawless transition.  I highly recommend Michele for your next real estate venture.

Their agent Luyen NGO cold calls random home owners and is very persistent. Last thing I want dinner time on Friday is to take a spam call.

Excellent service on selling house. Painless. Cannot say enough on how the Agent worked to sell the house as we were in Ga and the house was in Al. Took about 45 days from putting the "For Sale" sign up to signing over the house to the buyer. Most of the time was the buyer getting the mortgage final. Also house sold for price listed.

Terrible experience. Staff was not friendly. Very bad attitudes. Can’t get in touch with anyone. Would not recommend.

This broker is too notch. Highly recommend if your looking to buy or sell! Awesome staff and the realtors are great!

Do not do business with this company, they are Thieves, liars and they only know how to cheat their clients. The worst experience I've had with a realtor company.

Very professional and smooth process.  Nora Abshire is such an easy going and great real estate agent.  We have used them 4 times in the last couple of years to buy commercial real estate.

I drove 5 hours to see a property after making an appointment.
The agent failed to show up.

I have used Realtor Cindy Harrison for 3 transactions - 2 buying and 1 selling. My last transaction was buying my current home. She was excellent as the sellers and their agent weren’t following through with items that needed repaired.
We looked at several homes and she was very honest about them, good locations, value  etc.

Having visited Tucson on a trip I decided this is where I wanted to relocate from Canada!

There are some basic rules when it comes to buying and selling home.  Ms. Harrison follows her own rules.  She gave her buyers the keys to my home so they could move in before we closed.  She acted unethically and unprofessional with no regard to the liability exposure she exposed my family to.
