I am not sure who made this brilliant decision on ad placement, but your million dollar listing, plastered on top of the image of two homeless toddlers, featured in an article about Traverse City’s homelessness, speaks volumes! I am disheartened and a little sick to my stomach to see this.

We tried to sell FSBO but quickly realized we did not have the time and resources needed to accomplish a sale. We called Meagan Luce at Century 21 and within a week we had professional photos and property was listed. It sold the next day!

Lynnette went above and beyond to help us find a place to live as we were long distance before our move to Huntsville. But something that is so very special to our hearts that I would like to share is this :  Lynnette surprised us with a beautifully cleaned house when we moved here from Florida. As the previous owner Who was himself a realtor in the area,  left the house completely filthy and dirty.  So Lynnette went out of her way without anyone asking, to clean this beautiful home so thoroughly it was absolutely beautiful when we moved in. I have never known anyone to do such a kind and loving gesture like that  in the area of real estate.  She has the sweetest heart and will do anything to help anybody find a place to call home.  She found the perfect place for us and we have been very content and happy here. We will use her services again and continue to refer her to anybody and everybody we talk to. Love,love,love my Realtor, Lynnette Hartley. She had the daunting task of selling our home as we were 30+ year resident who decided it was time to sell. She was very sensitive to our uncertainties about moving and made the process the least painful as possible. She also found us a great house that fits us perfectly. Our first home buying experience. Searched homes for a few days and realized the market here is on fire. She never got fed up with us looking at home after home. We  decided on a new build after we looked at a builder and she facilitated the appointment with. We are in the process of building now and couldn’t be more pleased.
