Matt provided us with many comps of similar homes in the area, and came up with a fair price (more than I thought), and it sold for slightly over  asking price, and in just 7 days.  We were delighted! Matt really helped at every turn of the sale (which put us at ease since we are out of state).

In late March of 2020 just as the Corona-virus began to shut down every facet of normalcy across the US, I hired Matt Dutt as a listing agent to sell my home in Middletown. I found Matt's style to be direct and detail oriented while his demeanor is that of a true professional. When there were decisions to be made, Matt was straightforward with the information at hand and offered his advice. Matt also explained all of the options available with pros and cons for each one presented. Matt provided me with updated information regarding the Corona-virus impact to the real estate market as well as how the State of Delaware shutdown impacted his ability to conduct business. Throughout the process I followed his advice and my home sold for a record price in my neighborhood for that model of home. I attribute this to Matt's reliance on having patience to trust his experience and market analysis to stay the course and let the market play out. To say that I would recommend Matt is an understatement, I provided his contact information to my neighbors and he sold their home as well during the same time frame. In fairness to Matt Dutt, we had never met or done any business prior to his listing of my home and this review is unbiased and just my experience with him in a successful business transaction.

There were times my husband and I got impatient during our search of a home this year in North Wilmington and Matt was there every step of the way assuring us we will find the house. We did with his help and negotiation skills and we couldn’t be happier. In return he also sold out old house in just 1 day. He is an amazing realtor and you won’t regret using him. My husband and I had actually gone with another realtor to begin with and were not satisfied.  Michael Shallcross and Century 21 were recommended to us.  My husband called Michael.  The Shallcross team was very professional, yet very personable.  We feel this realtor team went above and beyond to ensure our house sold quickly.  I believe our home was shown maybe 4 times.  One of the showings was on Saturday and an offer was made that Monday. We are very grateful to Michael for the work and commitment in getting our house sold in a timely manner.  We highly recommend them for all of your realtor needs.

I had an absolutely awesome experience working with the Century 21 offices in Middletown. Anytime I called with questions someone always answered and was eager to help me. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and available. As a buyer, I find that kind of accessibility to information and respect for my time to be a huge part of the reason I choose someone to assist me with my buying experience. They made the buying process comfortable and convenient. I will absolutely be using them again for future purchases, as well as referring them to any friends or family that find themselves in the market for a new home.

This agency, and particularly Stephen Paul, cannot be trusted. They tried to withhold parts of our security deposit, illegally, which we then sued them over in court and won. Now, they are trying to refuse complying with court orders to give us the money the state found was ours. Do not use Century 21 in Middletown- and avoid Stephen Paul specifically, as he has no integrity.

Drove 4 hours to go see a listing they confirmed with my agent. We got to delaware 5 minutes before and our agent called to say they left him a message that they now cancelled the appointment with no reason He called them back 4 (Four) times..NEVER to get a return call as to why or what the problem was. We turned around and went back home. Longest useless day along with alot of spent gas for nothing. I will be sure to not go to any other house they are showing.

Corrie is the best agent we could have asked for. She is very knowledgeable of the market, and we have every confidence in her. We have two houses on the market, and we have offers on both those houses in just two short weeks.  I would give her the highest of everything.

I wanted to make sure that all are aware if you want a realtor that that will pay attention to detail and be with you through the process he is your guy.  I purchased my fabulous new home while leaving in another state.  The seller choose to close with a lawyer that didn't know how to return a call.  Having Bill was a gift.  I’m sure the sale would of fell through had he not been involved.
