I am very impressed by her ability and knowledge and even goes above and beyond by calling us on Face Time for showing to make sure we like it first before driving 3 hours to see it in person. We had one weekend to tour a bunch of houses and had to make a decision before our big move. It was scary because we didn't know anything about Lebanon but it got done. We worked with Magda Reagan on the purchase of property at Lake of the Ozarks.  Magda went above and beyond for us, lining up many homes for us to see.  It was important for us to work with someone with strong communication skills.  She was very organized and completely understood our needs.  The contracts and closing were easy, too.  I highly recommend Magda Reagan for your real estate needs.

This office is the poorest of the poor when it comes to professionalism. The loyalty and personal integrity of the customer is rated at a zero. I would highly recommend going to a different realtor company when you want to purchase a home. Really, zero integrity is the main reason I’m rating this place as a bad place of business.

The person who supposivly "represented" me did Nothing to help me buy my house and really worked for the Seller who had her own realtor. She was not knowledgeable at all on contracts and I was constantly telling her " if it isn't stated in the contract it goes with the house" or " if it's stated in the contract it goes with the house. But she would not listen and over-taljed me constantly. She took all my joy out of buying my house.
I would not recommend  at all. And as a parting slap in my face she "gave" me the gas I owned in the tank for my Gift from her. The tank went with the house and the gas in it. It was in the Listing. Wow!! A very Bad experience.

You will not get better service from another real estate company in Eureka Springs, or the 4-county area for that matter.  Their service is personalized and customized to the customer.  Thanks to them, we now have our perfect forever home.

We have never written reviews before but felt the need to say something about how awesome Jan Marose our Realtor is! Sara put a whole lot of time and energy into lowballing me. She spent a lot of time trying to downsell my property. It is obvious that she just doesn't want to work. She wants a super quick easy sale, at my expense. It is a sellers market. But she acted like she was a buyers agent for someone else. I obviously didn't hire her and would never. She also kept saying I don't want to waste your time, but that is precisely all that she did. She also tried to compare my property with homes in a different area that is less expensive than my area. And she continued to deny there was a difference. She is a self serving dishonest person! Don't waste time she just wants to sit back and not work or have to wait for the right buyer.

Sandra McGlcoklin was the way to go when buying a home ... and then selling one! During the buying process she called to assure us everything was fine and going well with inspections etc. she was super organized and always extremely nice. Being first time home buyers and not knowing as much as we should have, she basically held our hand and helped us with all questions during this time. I couldn't have been happier. Unfortunately we had a family emergency after living in our home for a few years and moved back to Georgia. Again, we used Sandy! And again, she assured us everything thing was fine during the entire process! We were moved already when selling and she went out to let the gas people in, took water samples to a company, did sooo much for us and our home. She was AMAZING and I wish she were closer so we could be date night friends! If we ever make the move back, Sandra Mcglocklin is our girl and I can promise she would be yours too!! Jessica Ford is the best! Highly recommended. Shopping for bare land can be tricky and time consuming. Finding a good realtor that isn't going for the "quick and easy" commission in favor of client happiness is hard to do. Jess takes her time, listens, and works with her client to get all the questions answered. She's busy but if you can get her time you'll be glad you did!
