Hotel Rincón del Montero S.A DE C.V.

I really liked this place and their professional service, we had some trouble reserving our place, but staff gave us an upgrade, since the problem was within their system. We got a nice cabin with good location. You can park your car next to your cabin and it is really close to wineyeard i recommend going there.

Hotel has a restaurant which could use a bit wider menu, but it is ok. Bar is okay too, nothing fancy, just okay good.

For this area, this is a wonderful place. The grounds are beautiful. During the times that we've stayed here over the years, I've enjoyed it. We haven't stayed during a busy time for the hotel, so it's usually peaceful and quiet. I love walking the grounds. I haven't had a chance to get into the pool(it's usually cold, which would be wonderful during the blistering heat in the summer months I'm sure!) but have lounged around it a few times, soaking up some sun, or having a glass of wine brought to me during the evening hours... The restaurant is doable for an occasional meal. The only problems we've ever had are the front desk people and a communication problem. They usually send us to the wrong room first, even if we make our reservations online, we've had to go back after checking in, to get the correct room. Wifi is not dependable away from the restaurant or front office. We've learned to bring a traveling, back up, wifi device. I would love to see this place up date the beds. As of now, May of 2018, the beds consist of a mattress on a concrete slab. We always choose a cabana room, with a king sized bed, and it works for us for a few nights, but could definitely use to be updated! I believe the mattress is thicker than the last time, and they've changed the old bedside lamps to a friendlier hanging fixture,which gives you the whole table to use on each side of the bed. Each room has its own water heater. There is a small refrigerator, and a microwave. No coffee maker. Plenty of room for clothes with a 7 drawer dresser and an armoire to hang stuff. A separate sitting room. Plenty of space. We will stay here again.

The rooms were small not very clean, one could see spider webs around the corners of the walls. The bathroom was a bit too small and the first time I entered there was a huge spider on the shower. The beds however are the worst part, they are covered in a plastic bag (beneath the sheets) that makes way too much noise at night whenever you move, also they are very hard and uncomfortable, the pillows didn't help at all. The place outside the room was much better, the restaurant was very good and the gardens offer a very refreshing experience, there is a tennis court that is in good conditions so it's a good idea to bring your equipment  (you can also rent). Bicycles are available to rent as well and the golf couse is ok.

We came here as part of a birthday dinner, so I'm not sure about prices, but the restaurant had delicious filet mignon and limonada. The appetizer, Spaguetti al Montero, was gone before I could get a photo. The grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. I hope to come back sometime soon.

Location is just outside of Parras, between the town and Casa Madero. There are regular rooms and Cabins, our cabin was ok (there is no coffee machine). The wait staff at the restaurant are not very friendly (there are better restaurants in town anyway).

COSMOS GLAMPING ARTEAGA

It really was a very good experience, it far exceeded my expectations, the service from the staff is excellent once you are staying.
All the equipment is of good quality, they have everything for you to have an excellent stay and the view at night is dreamlike.
100% recommendable.

THE BAD.:
Sometimes there are problems with the water when the hydro is not activated and
It is difficult to get there at night since the GPS does not have the exact location and guides you along another street passing the dry river. And if you get lost. They only guide you by phone or photos. There is no possibility of someone physically guiding you. Although there are signs only for one area of ​​the road. At night they are not seen since they are only nameless arrows.

Excellent place to hang out, highly recommended. The cost is normal for a glamping site (it is not for those looking for a very cheap option) and it has many amenities.

In general it is cold at night so I advise you to wear warm clothes if you plan to be outside the dome. And also bring food since there are no stores nearby.
As other people mention, it can be a little confusing how to get there but it's not difficult.

At the location we were given the following:
Extra pillows and an extra blanket, mini fridge, first aid kit, cooking and eating utensils, a coffee and coffee maker, a gas grill, a telescope, body soap, towels, board games, a climate/heater, wifi , among others.

And speaking of basics, the beds were very comfortable and when lying down the view at night through the dome was very beautiful.

The place is not bad, on the contrary we were well received and everything was fine at first. Unfortunately we begin to see the “bad” little by little. It is a place that lacks good maintenance and love. There were many details that you could notice were deteriorated and others that were poorly done from the beginning in the infrastructure of the glamp. The door to enter the “dome” did not close (Deluxe Queen) it had a rubber band to tie it on the inside, in terms of security it leaves a lot to be desired. The floor was dirty and sticky as if you were in those movie theaters where soda is poured... Outside the place is very nice.
Conclusion: Very expensive for its value, give it some love and cleaning, fix the doors and those details of the dome.

I came as part of a Christmas vacation to Mexico with my partner to this magical place. It was cold outside but thanks to the installation and heaters present we enjoyed a warm night. The view of the jacuzzi and the excellent mattress of the bed really gives this place a crazy charm in the middle of nature. At night the stars are visible from the ceiling and the nature around makes us feel in a cocoon. I highly recommend this experience for all these reasons but also for the availability of the guard and his team. A favorite, relaxing and safe.

The place with many details that make it pleasant. With light, refrigerator, microwave and grill that make it easy to eat. Very clean and well maintained. Only two domes which make it very private. Without children, without motorcycles or razors, which makes a difference to me. Forest where you can walk. I highly recommend it and the starry sky is unmatched.

Hotel Hacienda Santa Anita

Excellent option in Parras, hotel with two-bedroom houses, each with a double bed, with kitchenette and living room, super comfortable, pool in the shade of the walnut trees, they can lend you a grill to have your barbecue!

We loved the place without a doubt we would rent again 🫶

Very cool hotel, beautiful and comfortable!! Just one incident of some people who arrived at 3am with a lot of noise playing music at full volume and there was no one to tell them anything from then on everything was fine!! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a restaurant in there or some fast food so as not to leave the hotel!

Very nice to spend time with the family, the bungalows are super comfortable and all the staff are very friendly.

Bosques de Monterreal

What an awesome experience, the views from the cabin we were in were incredible, there were many activities to chose from but I highly recommend taking the tour on horseback, some incredible views and very peaceful at a very reasonable price, if you are looking to disconnect for a bit and relax this is definitely it, the cabin was newer and had all the necessary amenities and more (pool table, grill, and even a sauna)

The cabin we got was not well taken care of. Actually, the cabin had missing tiles, everything looked wornes out, and not like in a rustic way. The outdoor activity areas, such as the tennis and soccer court, looked like they had not been maintained.

Great place to visit and relax in the forest, there are plenty of activities to do such as horse riding,  swing pool, sky, zip line,  etc. Also the restaurant its nice , though we must cooked our own meals in the nice cottage.

A superb location, I think unique in México. Great wearher all year round, staff is great, many activities but mostly relaxing and quiet without city noise. What i like the most is the pool, great temp and very clean.  Even though it is pricey, its worth it.

Nice views but bed needs feather pillows and a down comforter for this price also a jacuzzi in the cabin.  The ski slope is laughable and zip lines could be faster.  Horse back rides on mountain trails would be fun also but this place is lacking. If. Go.for a day trip.and take a hike for the views instead . save the money and go back to.saltillo for a room or monterrey

Hotel Vinícola Parvada by Lumina

The place is beautiful and new.
Rooms are ok but not extraordinary: big room but we paid panoramic view and we had view to the spa building few meters from the balcony in ground floor (that was disappointed for a $400+ USD room). The bedroom had not enough towels or personal care items (one towel, one soap, not body lotion). Our ground floor rooms was not soundproof, we can hear everything from the next door. Safe was not locked to the wall or closet (anybody can carryout). You have to do reservations in advance at the restaurant as we didn’t have room for dinner (it is open for visitors and guests) and there is not closer place to go. The personal was very nice but they look under a lot of stress at the restaurant.
Overall was nice but for the price we expected a 4.5/5 stars service and it was not there yet. Hope they can improve because the area, intrastructure and the project is really nice.

Spectacular! It is the best hotel in Parras, you have the best view of the lake and the vineyard from your balcony, the clubhouse with the outdoor pool is gorgeous, all the staff is very friendly, for the tour and the restaurant you have to make a reservation with anticipation.

It is very expensive for what it is,
The hotel only has two types of rooms, they spent until 6 pm asking me if I wanted the room cleaned (why), the bathroom was full of hair on the walls, and for what they charge it is super basic.
The TV doesn't even have channels, you have to connect your Netflix and your Amazon.

Nice place ! Comfortable rooms however the hot water was not enough. Very good Niddo restaurant, good attention and service! Good amenities!

This place is spectacular, perfect for a getaway. We went as part of a wedding. 100% worth it.

Acueducto Hotel Boutique

The room is very nice, the bed comfortable and everything very clean, I highly recommend it, we slept very well and peacefully.
You felt at home.
The only detail was the internet, it did not reach the room well.

I gave 4 stars for service since it does not offer any type of room service; which I think is essential in any hotel or motel.

The manager is very friendly and very helpful, as are all the employees.

Very safe, clean and with all the amenities, a constructive criticism is that they mark the entrance better since it does not have any signs and the number of the place is different on maps and booking apps.

Finally, I recommend that you write down and check that your garage and room access pins are correct so that you are not left out by mistake.

Hacienda Magdalena

Area of ​​approximately one hectare with large walnut trees, large gardens, access for vehicles, covered area for events with plenty of tables and chairs, easily fit 100 people, three barbecue areas, recreational pool in service during the summer.
7 or 8 comfortable rooms arranged around a central garden, equipped kitchen area and dining room. Very good location. Very good service in the place as well as in the reservation contact.
Highly recommended.

We only spent one night and this was from Friday to Saturday.

The place is located next to the Parras Bus Station, almost at the entrance to the town.

The cost they gave us for the room was $1500 (it seemed fair to me because there was no availability in other places or it was too expensive for my taste, e.g. $3500). They do not accept debit or credit cards. They do not have an option for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The room was spacious, clean, had two double beds, air conditioning, fan, telephone, a cabinet to store clothes, a radio and Wi-Fi. It didn't have a television; The bathroom was spacious, the water pressure and temperature were great although it needed a little more lighting. Due to the presence of flowers in the center of the building, it has a very pleasant aroma.

It also has ample space to park your car.

The room is delivered at 1:00 p.m. (that's a very good point for us). I don't know if there is any way to reserve, since we saw it near our location and asked.

Excellent service, clean pool, facilities to relax, comfortable rustic-type rooms, clean, spacious bathrooms, climate-type air and ceiling fan, the only thing missing is TV☹️, it does not have a restaurant☹️, room lighting was turned off☹️

Hotel Patio de Aquende

An excellent hotel option, the treatment was always very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Very rich breakfast. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Excellent experience at the Patio de Aquende hotel. It is a boutique hotel, very well located, with private (and very secure) parking. The rooms are very spacious, elegant and all with a modern and minimalist design. The bathrooms are huge and very comfortable and the beds are super soft and comfortable too. The entire hotel is very beautiful with a very modern design. The service is the best, they take good care of you and make you feel welcome. Highly recommended, next time I go to Parras I will stay there.
