PuroClean helped us with a mold remediation of our air vents that was causing autoimmune reactions in myself and our kids. Jason came out to take an initial look and give us an estimate and we were glad to see that the estimate was reasonable and appropriate in a world in which contractor services can sometimes seem appallingly high. The job was handled over the course of two days. The team was professional, kind, thorough, and courteous. Jason was willing to answer every question and explained every step of the process. PuroClean is purely professional and effective.  I had an upstairs leak that destroyed my living room ceiling.  All of my remediation needs were met thoroughly on time.

We had a busted pipe on Christmas Eve, and I found PuroClean on google with fantastic reviews. I knew I had to give them a call for a quote. I received a call within hours of submitting my quote request online. U.L. was kind and asked all the right questions. He came out to assess the damages and was very straight forward. Gave me his recommendations and knowledge on what was going on. Explained in detailed what they would do to make sure everything was dried out. They were able to fit us in their busy holiday schedule to get us taken care of. Jason and UL came out and worked late in the evening on 12/30 to get us set up. UL (the owner) came out several times during the Holiday weekend to check the levels to make sure we were on target. He called me throughout the process to let me know what he was doing. The constant communication and going above and beyond the call of duty was much appreciated!. Jason and team came out on 01/03 to remove the fans and confirm that everything was indeed dried. They communicated every detail to me and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend PuroClean for their knowledge, superb customer service and quality of work!

We recently discovered a water leak in our master bath area.  PuroClean was quick to respond and schedule a technician to assess the damage, take key moisture readings, and prepare a bid to remediate.  The cost was less than anticipated and there were not any extra services proposed that were not needed.  We appreciated the quick, honest approach that both Audra and Tony took to help us.

I was so pleased with The Maids service I recently received!! The ladies were professional, efficient, hardworking, and so sweet!! Everything was spotless and they were such a pleasure to work with! Due to medical issues I had not been able to clean so their service was a true blessing. It felt like Christmas came early. I will be signing up for regular service and I highly recommend The Maids!!!

The Team Summer, led by Hanna and included Deidra and Loretta are absolutely awesome. They did an outstanding job. Arrived on time, all were so pleasant and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I would love to have them again. They are really good!

I scheduled cleaning service for 5 rooms which comprised of 3 bathrooms 1 bedroom and the kitchen.  While I was given a quote of $240-270 I was charged $325.  The crew informed me that it may take longer then 2:30 hrs to finish (after they had already worked about 1hr) I asked to not go past the time agreed.  I had an appointment therefore has to leave them with my daughter.  I came back to find a bill of $325 that was charged, the floors looked worse then when they came to clean, before I left one of the crew focused more on arranging my daughters play area that is in a corner of her room.  The bathrooms (master bathroom excludes) are pretty small.  I clean the 4 bathrooms in about an hour or so.  They left not finishing the job.  I called the business.  While the man I spoke with was professional and offered a reclean which I accepted and appreciated he informed me that the cleaning manager would contact me which she did.  However made excuses and stated that a reclean would not be possible bcs she was told that the crew informed her that they had a lot to pick up which is inaccurate (one of the kids did have toys in her play corner) however the team of 3 could have better organized and tackled the bathrooms first which would have enabled them to complete the cleaning.  While she stated that she would call back as of this date she had not.  They did not fulfill what I was offered as a re clean.  I would have appreciated to just have the floor swept and mopped as should have been done.  Extremely disappointed and will never use their service again.

The guy who facilitates the bookings was very pleasant and was honestly the best part of the entire experience. Unfortunately, I booked a same day service with the business and was thrilled that they had availability. The quote was pricey and didn’t include dishes but I was willing to pay the estimated 190-260. The cleaners arrived after finding parking and apparently were very rude to my security who called me to come down. I missed the call while I was in the elevator, but was coming down to the lobby to let them upstairs in my building, the ladies decided to just leave. I saw them outside on the street and waved them down while I was on the phone with the guy who does the bookings. The ladies simply continued to load their cars, ignored me, and left. I was not serviced and at 3pm in the afternoon can’t locate another same day cleaning service. It clear that the cleaners have major control over the people in the office, as the people I spoke with on the phone said themselves that it wasn’t okay for them to just leave. VERY DISAPPOINTED in how this was handled and can’t fathom a company allowing their employees to ditch a job when they’re already there. My apt has a very nice lobby for the ladies to wait in until I arrived downstairs, but it’s clear that they didn’t want to work in the first place.

Do not use this cleaning service unless you want to pay money for nothing. They quoted me 282.00 to 302.00 and I was charged 350.00. They did a terrible job. My sisters and I had to go back in and clean it after they left. I can't even explain how bad of a job they did. Won't use them again and will tell everyone I know.

The Maids

Well my uncle is in the hospital coming home any day now! Yesterday was first time me and my Fiancé saw his apartment ! It was in terrible condition! I hate to say it was dirty and smelly! Just awful to think my uncle was living like this not telling me what’s going on cause he is very private and got a lot of pride!So I told Mr Odell the problem he sent 3 very nice ladies to come yesterday to clean! After about 2 hours later me and my Fiancé came back to inspect there work They turned Uncs Apartment from Hell to Fantastic! Those ladies cleaned their butts off!Smells good and everything! When my Unc come home he will very pleased! Now he can rest his head like he should! Thank u Mr Ozell and his crew of Ladies! Keep up the Good Work y’all!

I did 4 cleanings with this service. Ozell represents himself as owner. He initially came to my home to give a quote. We agreed on price bi-wily with what I expected with cleaning, which he said was all part of his standard cleaning. He told me in his standard cleaning was included inside of glass of all doors going to outside home, baseboards in each room, and windowsills. I was surprised because that’s no usually part of standard cleaning! Only  2 doors had inside glass cleaned and baseboards only wiped down on 2 bd cleaning, after first cleaning I called Ozell to ask what happened with his standard services. The table top glass on end tables were never wiped down with glass cleaner, even after complaint to Ozell the first cleaning, which was the worst. Ozell asked me to take pics, which I did and sent them to him. He called back, after receiving pics, to ask if I wanted a reclamation. I said no, just let ladies know to do a better job next service. After 4th cleaning Ozell asked me to take pics again and write expectations of cleaning down and send to him, because he already had two pages of my expectations written down for ladies. I told him that was his job to teach his staff cleaning and teach them his standard expectations, not mine to take pics of proof each time and then write expectations for his staff. Asked him what possibly was on extra expectations that was 2 pages of my request. He said well just 1 page and second page was Spanish same expectations as English first page. I told him all I asked for was standard cleaning, which he said baseboards and window sills along with inside glass on doors leading outside was on the standard job list. So what I told him with first walk through was I didn’t expect bed, only one slept in, linens changed or bed made, I do that myself, don’t open glass curio cabinets, don’t remove  anything from book shelves in living room and tv room, or bother to dust or clean anything on walls. Since I work from home, I instructed him that  I’d leave front door unlocked, don’t ring doorbell, just walk in and do cleaning and leave, since I’m in office with door shut and can’t be disturbed, since I’m on the phone. The first time the doorbell was used when they arrived. The second time instead of doorbell, 4 ladies arrive with everyone yelling hello upon entrance, when my office is by front door. Instead of just leaving after second cleaning, one lady knocks on office door loudly to tell me they are leaving, making me have to stop what I’m doing and say don’t knock on door, if your done just leave, please. So they leave and stand on porch by office window laughing to continue to disturb my work.Talking loudly and laughing with each other while cleaning is not professional, especially when they knew I was working in the home. So as you can see I didn’t have a page of extras I wanted done that was so hard to remember; I actually requested less than what Ozell initially said was standard cleaning, but didn’t ask for his quoted standard price to be reduced from $180 bi-Willy. If you can still see fingerprints and marks of something spilled on glass tabletops, than obviously no glass cleaner was used, just a feather duster! Again Ozell asked if I wanted a house repeat cleaning. I told him I didn’t have time for repeat cleans, if this is how his staff cleans, which results in me having to have repeat cleanings each time, than cancel services and obviously he needs to train his staff on what his standards include and how to give one cleaning with quality service that he advertises.I definitely don’t recommend this company!

The maid was a great experience my recent comment was unprofessional and I acted like a child since I didn't get my way and if I harmed your business in anyway that I apologize...Dan really cares about people he offered free maid serves for cancer patients...but no I was blinded by my greed and I spoke in spite and not love...Dan I hope the business keeps on going even after my evil comments... Lake Michigan Carpet Cleaning

The service was great and they went above and beyond by helping move a couch downstairs for me after cleaning!

Unfortunately, they were a bit late per the schedule which they apologized for as a truck broke down. Additionally, maybe techniques are newer but it seems like the carpet cleaning should have taken longer than it did and we found some small pieces that we think should have been cleaned up with a good cleaning of the carpet.

I would recommend them over most name brand places either way.

My cleaners did not show up on time but when I called Harold responded right away and he and his partner actually came and cleaned my carpet for me! What a great experience and friendly responsible people.

We hired them to clean our couches, our ducts/vents, and our living room carpet. Scheduling was easy, prices were up front and very reasonable. The techs were professional and nice. We had a part of the carpet that wasn't completely clean after the first attempt, but the owner and techs revisited a couple times to complete the job! And they did not make us feel like we were burdening them to request that section be corrected. We will call them again.

I contacted this company the day before I needed service.  They were able to accommodate my schedule!!!  Two young gentlemen showed up on time and were very professional and courteous.  There were a few hand prints left on the walls after they cleaned our ducts, and three stains in the carpet that did not come out.    (wood stain)  I would give these guys 4 stars.

100% recommend these guys. Our store's carpet was filthy and they restored it
back to looking brand new (no exaggerating). They worked around our store ours and came in after we closed so we didn't have to change hours and are extremely friendly and professional. On top of all of this they had a very fair price. I won't be going to anyone else when I need carpet cleaning.

Advanced Steam Extraction

ASE representatives did a fabulous job cleaning 3 upholstered chairs, one sofa, and one rug that I thought was beyond repair!  I’m so pleased.  They were very courteous, professional, clean and helpful.  I have since referred them on to neighbors.   I have actually used ASE several times before and it has always been a positive experience!

A huge thank you to ASE for an excellent job done yesterday. It included furniture and rugs.. all look like new again. Thumbs up to service reps Aubrey and Julian for  making this happen. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

I enlisted ASE to clean my hardwood floors.  My floors were quite dirty since they had not been cleaned in several years, plus we had just completed a partial renovation.  The guys from ASE did a great job and my floors look wonderful!  You could tell that they were knowledgeable about what they were doing.  There were a 2-3 problem spots that they gave extra attention to, and did not leave until they knew I was satisfied.  They gave knowledgeable answers to all my questions.  I will use them again!

Amazing fast service in an emergency (which I have had to call about more than once unfortunately).  Great job on regular cleaning and maintenance of my old white carpet.  I’m a long time customer of ASE and plan on remaining so going forward.  It’s comforting to know you have someone to call in an emergency

Mr. Shepherd was a true professional. He was very thorough in his explanation of our kitchen restoration process. The process itself caused little to no hassle in our kitchen. His clean up was outstanding. Hopefully, we won’t need his services again, but if we did, I would definitely call Mr. Shepherd. We highly recommend his service.

After my mom’s sewer backed up into five rooms in her house I immediately rented equipment and tried to clean it up myself. It was way beyond my capacity. We called Adam with Puroclean and he came out ASAP. They began sucking out cleaning out and drying out her over 2800 ft.² home.
I had to go out of town, but was convinced watching them for two days that. She was in good hands. They worked together with her insurance and got her through this obnoxious mess. Communication was excellent and the crew knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company. And now plan to use them for my rentals.

I cannot say enough positive things about Adam Shepherd and his company PuroClean of Kingwood. I live in the Dallas area and my 80 yr old parents reside in Kingwood.  Last week my parents woke up to water covering the master bathroom, closets and bedroom. After handling the plumbing issue I needed to find a company that could help remediate!! Thank goodness a local Kingwood plumber referred PuroClean to me. Adam made it a priority to come out early on a Sunday morning to access the situation. He called me once he was at their house to walk me through and let me know everything he was seeing. Together we made a decision on next steps. He took pictures of everything with a moisture meter so I could see the damage.. he came back daily to check on the drying out process, and moving fans as appropriate. (all the while calling me daily while he was at their home to give me an update!) Adam gave me great peace of mind knowing my folks were being taken care of in a kind, professional manor.
I would give him 10 ⭐️ if I could!!

We had a sewage pipe clog and flood a good portion of our downstairs including the kitchen and dining room with dirty water. My wife and I were leaving on a cruise the very next day. Puroclean was there to help us right away so we could go and enjoy our cruise and have peace of mind leaving the clean up and mitigation portion of this crisis in their hands! The owner Adam and his team were very thorough and professional…and also very trustworthy! Their emergency services are not cheap but worth every bit! A-1 Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

Brett did a great job. Carpets look amazing. Had some tough spots that they were able to get out. Will be using them again.

Second time using Brett and his team. This time we had the air ducts and carpets cleaned. House was new construction but had quite a bit of dust/dirt and junk in the ducts of course. Everyone we encountered was professional and courteous. Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

Had a crew out to clean my air ducts and vents mid November. The two guys that serviced our house were communicative and respectful of our working spaces, my husband and I work from home so that was appreciated. Scheduling was quick and easy, and when we realized we missed a vent Brett was quick to find a remedy that worked for both parties. Really grateful for how easy it was to work with this company and how fast we could get on their schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Rob with A-1 Kwik Dry recently cleaned and applied carpet protector in several carpeted rooms in our house. He came on a Saturday morning and performed the job thoroughly yet quickly. We appreciated the fact that A-1 Kwik Dry was able to accommodate our request to have carpet cleaned on the weekend, too. It was so nice to walk into a house with fresh-smelling, clean carpet, after not having it cleaned yet since we installed it about 4 years ago. They were prompt and did an excellent job! I wanted to  share that about a half hour ago one of your vans almost got in a crash with an ambulance. Your company vehicle was not looking as he was going north on Country Club Rd through the light and an ambulance was coming through on  Crawfordsville Rd. from the east to west. Several cars including your Company van  was not watching or saw the RED lights on the ambulance. If there was an accident, ChemDry would have been one of the vehicles responsible. I thought it was my responsibility to let you know. I was at the stop light and was taking my granddaughter to school.

Had an appointment between 8-9am, at 8:33 the dispatcher calls and brings up the fact that it is drizzling and ask me if I still want my carpet cleaned. I say yes. I can tell she is trying to talk me out of sticking with my appointment, but eventually she tells me they are running late and will be here between 10-noon. That was fine with me. In fact it had stopped drizzling so even better. She calls back at 11:26 and tells me they are running late. I told her that is ok. Then at 12:18 She calls me pretending that she is the tech who is supposed to shampoo my carpet but I have talked to her so many times this day I know her voice. But anyway she tells me that she almost got into a car wreck and she is on the side of the road having a panic attack. By this time I have wasted half my day and so I go along with the act and get in character right along with the dispatcher who is pretending to be the shampoo technician and agree to reschedule which I will not. I dont know what happened after the pandemic , but It is like pulling teeth to have any company come and provide their service that they advertise about.
