Cashier had an extremely hard time counting change and was rude. Other wise good.

I love this store. Workers are so nice and so helpful. I've never walked out if there without what I went for or what they said I need to do what I'm trying to do. I go here all the time.

Its not a horrible place but not amazing. If you see Joel you will be treated well nobody else beats him

Appleton Rock School

Having been a student and more at the Rockschool for 7+ years I can confidently say that it is an excellent place for music education. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and the band program is well done, giving students many opportunities to show their musical proficiency in a performance based team environment. A student willing to put in the time and effort will find it rewarded on stage and in practice.

Appleton Rock School has amazing teachers and the owner is awesome. I love that the kids put on local shows to gain experience. You can tell the staff and owner do a great job of bringing out the talent in each student.

Appleton Rock School provides students with opportunities that no other lesson school provides. Jason and his staff are professional at all times. They do a great job at building a child confidence to perform

The teachers are attentive and flexible with their time and curriculum. My son is loving learning to play the guitar so much he practices without being asked. Sometimes multiple times a day.

I hate coming in this store to shop. People are breathing down your back asking…. may I help you? I came in to get something that I didn’t want anyone to help me to get. Ilove tracker supply and Lowes…. Don’t have this problem. You guys not all people come to steal and definitely not me.

Popped in for some Muriatic Acid used to open clogged drains. Wasn't expensive. All of the staff are very helpful and always asked throughout my visit if I needed assistance. Seemed to have more items in stock and in store than other competitors.

Hobart Lumber Ace Hardware

The people here are more than kind. I gave them a hard time finding the right wood, and afterwards they decided to use their own supplies to lash my 4x8s to the roof of my car. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Michelle. She was super helpful resolving an issue I had. Very friendly and professional trying to help me solve my paint puzzle. Also very knowledgeable and willing to try multiple avenues to assist me. Great place!

I would assume if ur buying hardware it's fine....but if u have a FFL pickup be prepared to wait over an hour and 45 min.... horrible service, guy came in behind me with an FFL and was out in 20 min...but he wasn't brown.....I went to pick up a FFL at Debs gun range in Hammond was done and out in 25 min....don't spend ur money here...they make it evident ur money is different if ur a minority....which is sad in 2023

Excellent quality wood. I do my best to shop locally. I thought OK maybe it will cost a couple hundred bucks more then a big box store. I was extremely surprised to find the prices were about 15% cheaper then Menards and Home Depot. I called my order in in the morning, they pulled it and had it waiting for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. That would have taken well over a hour at a big box store. They have a very easy to navigate yard and that's important when your towing a 26' trailer. They also had the hardware I needed in stock.

tall lady with the dark hair was very polite! She accidentally burped when asking for my rewards. Poor girl was super embarrassed! Had to tell her we all do it!!!

Emplyees are always eager to help with a smile.  I like to keep business local. Employee helped load salt today. Very nice gentlemen.  Ace has a wide selection of CARHART shirts for bigger men. Love Ace.

I was getting furnace filters and why not getting four of them. Store is awesome I've always liked it. The only thing is I use a walker or a cane and when I use the Walker especially it would be nice if you had one of those buttons that would open the doors. You are not the only store in town or around that needs them. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Went in for a air conditioner part and they were able to find what I need. I was in and out in minutes.

Very helpful!  Friendly and had everything we needed!

It used to be a good place, the personal attention was the difference between ace and Menards, now if you walking in looking for a bolt, they say aisle 10!!!! and read all the boxes!!!! when even they that work there have a hard time locating some things. NO WONDER WHY BIGGER STORES ARE TAKING OVER LOCALLY OWNED ONES, IS THE SAME THING NOW!!!

I spent an entire day trying to get a U-Haul at different locations using the app. They got me in and out here. The two staff I was working with were super funny! They kept me from having a completely ruined day. They also backed me up when my fiance didn't believe that I had been trying to get a U-Haul for hours with no luck explaining to her it's a common issue with the U-Haul app.

These guys are super helpful. If you need a uhaul they go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. All employees are super cooperative and more then willing to make sure you get whatever you came to get.

This place is not that bad. I only had one major bad experience with this store and that was when I purchased a firearm there and left it in the owner's care until I received my gun license. Well a couple months passed and when I went to retrieve my already purchased weapon, the owner act like he didn't know ANYTHING about me leaving it there because I had misplaced my receipt. Even after going into the system and finding my purchase, he still act as if he didn't know me or my wife and he's known us for YEARS! So needless to say I won't be purchasing anymore more guns from this facility..

I've been in the construction industry for 13 years and so I have dealt with alot of material suppliers and of all that I've dealt with this is my favorite one I've ever done business with. They by far have the best customer service. They're the only ones in the tri-state area that I've noticed carry the Tamko Titan xt roof shingles. You're definitely going to get more for your buck by shopping here.

Employees were very helpful and kind. Prices are a little higher; however,  I didn't have to drive 30 minutes away to get what I needed which is worth it.  One employee was very sweet to my two girls making conversation with them when she checked in one us.  She also allowed my oldest daughter to scan all of our items when we checked out. My daughter thought that was pretty cool. That's what makes hometown stores special and a necessity. Very pleased with our visit this afternoon. They are always helpful when we come in, not just today.

Walk in no one in store workers stand in middle of walk way talking I was looking for mowers  this is one of the worst aces no one wants to help you  so I bought one from  Menards I would have given them -5

I had keys made today the young man took extra time to find my keys made them on the old key machine they worked perfectly. I always have help when needed in this Ace on all items that I need for my various jobs.Keep up the good work.
