Terrible customer service. The front desk clerk has the nastiest attitude and really do need additional customer service training. This location was super slow. They had patients waiting there for a while when the urgent care had just opened so there were no excuse to leave patients waiting. When I finally did get back there for a split second to do vitals, they had no patients in the back which makes me wonder why they weren't calling people back. DO Not, I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. If you have hours to waste then this is your spot. If you want to be in and out then I would drive a few minutes further and go to Dignity health urgent care. Not only is the customer service better but they are much faster than banner.

There are people that are made to work with children, these are those people. We went into get my sons finger looked at, he hurt it at school. The 2 admin people who greeted us were wonderful, the doctor was kind and spoke to me and my son with compassion given the simplicity of his injury. Smiled and cared we worked through the issue. And I can’t recommend them enough! Finding healthcare people who and listen is hard, we as a family have lots of experience so Thank you for your wonderful care!!! We will be back when we need to. ♥️

Excellent! We were seen by Lisa Maria Smith, who is just wonderful. She took time to explain everything and spoke directly to my child while examining him. I just loved her bedside manner. It was so nice
how easy and quick our visit today was.

Always take my kiddos here.  They are great and quick, except for flu season so make an appointment ahead of time. The provider we saw today was AMAZING! I believe her name was Trina, or Tina. She listen to my concerns and was patient with my ADHD child . I always recommend this urgent care because it's just for PEDS ! ,
Normally the medical assistants are sweet with my child. Today must've been rough for the medical assistant as she snapped at me. I am a medical assistant myself so I understand, she changed around towards the end ans like always made the experience  amazing. Thank you to everyone there !

The best children’s urgent care! Have been here twice in the past 2 years. Both times have been fantastic. Caring medical team, easy check in. We were in and out in an hour each time (went when they first opened for the day). So thankful!!

Scheduling isn’t always the easiest, but they offer in person and virtual visits for most appointments. Dr. Bannis is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him more. To the point, thorough, and focused in on what’s important. I always feel I get a straight answer from him regarding any concerns I may have and I appreciate that he’s direct and clear. Even after moving to the East valley, I will still plan on seeing him for the foreseeable future.

As a past employee, this company has ZERO CARE!!!! Management at West Phoenix is very disrespectful, and Central location has so many healthcare mistakes and lots of safety concerns!!! This clinic has no manager so no one is held accountable!

I’ve only been a patient at this office for a short time  but I can tell you I’ll be a long time patient. My experience here has been amazing to say the least. It’s really nice to walk into a clinic and immediately greeted with smiles (especially during these times). All staff I’ve had interactions with were very knowledgeable and attentive. I normally see Dr. LeStourgeon, she’s very understanding and on top of it! Just recently, I had an appointment with Dr. Bannis which was also a pleasant experience. I truly feel like everyone here cares about every patient that walks through their door! 10/10 would recommend! 👍🏽👍🏽

Dr. Sarah LeSturgeon is great. She takes the time to talk to me. We have a two-way conversation about my health care. I was taken back to the room almost immediately after check in, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Getting through on the phone line does take some patience, but I was conveniently able to schedule my appointment online through the patient portal.

Adelante Healthcare Peoria

Really disappointed this being a medical facility to be such an unprofessional place. I have never went to a facility where the staff is so rude at the front desk. Another issue I had is they advise you walk ins are available for blood work then when you take time off from work no one is there during the hours they provided. As health professionals we should make sure everyone gets the best care they need to live healthier lives. I know this because I work in the healthfield. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, do your research and find somewhere else if you’d like a professional experience. Totally disappointed in the way me and my family was treated being first time patients.

Do not come to Adelante Healthcare in Peoria, AZ, if you want to be seen by a professional and knowledgable medical provider. Find a better place for your healthcare needs; any place would be better! Incorrect everything! Don't waste your time. Management is unavailable; even the employees give Adelante poor reviews. Would give 0 stars if I could. Sara Huerta MA, is unprofessional, rude, lacks basic knowledge of the office, disrespectful, unhelpful, and disengaged; went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible. Tiana Roth, DNP, FNP-C, doesn't appear to possess even basic medical knowledge; to be seen by her is a waste of your time and money!!!

Do not come here if you’re attempting to better your mental health. Nobody seems to really care about you or your needs and will actually make your mental health worse. The office continuously, cancels and reschedules me and during the rescheduled appointments my healthcare provider is not even there and I was told by front staff I would have to be scheduled out the week after or more, AFTER I had already been checked in and sitting in the lobby for 30 mins! Absolutely no excuse for this type of continuity. I’ve also been rescheduled with three different types of psychiatrist, because the first one quit the company, I can see why now, the second one put me on medication for schizophrenics even though I have never once been diagnosed with schizophrenia, or even bipolar and when I expressed I didn’t need to be on those meds because all I have is generalized anxiety disorder, she said she’d hand me off to  someone else because I have to cooperate with the meds she prescribed and it’s the only thing that will work for me.
And the anti-depressant I was put on prior, gave me really horrific thoughts of suicide. So I really think that the only people who work here are people who just want paychecks off the backs of the mentally ill and not at all serious about helping you out. The constant guessing of (wrong) medication’s and constant canceling and rescheduling and apologizing when providers aren’t even there, makes me feel discouraged. Been going here for 4+ months and not one full month has gone by where I haven’t felt forgotten about.

I am so done with this place, I have been going here for less than 3 months. And today was my 3rd visit...
when I first got there they wanted to update my photograph I don't think I look any different than a few months ago. Then I'm told that they got my insurance information in the system wrong.
I was left waiting in a room for 45 minutes waiting for the doctor. Doctor (Dr.Rumman) finally comes in with two other people and starts interrogating me and basically calls me a liar.
I tell her we need to take a timeout and she asked me why I'm depressed. (I was just coming in from medicine refills.)
Now I might have gotten a little emotional because of the way I was being treated but that doesn't give her the right to send a therapist in to talk to me the therapist tells me that she comes in and talks to everyone. Don't lie to someone you're trying to help.

So I am done with this place.

This is a very poorly managed healthcare facility. First, they entered my mobile number incorrectly in their system. Then, when I showed up for a scheduled appointment, they said they had tried to call me to tell me the doctor was unavailable, but couldn't get through to me. I asked them why they didn't reach out by email, and the manager on duty said they don't usually do that. Well, in this case, it is on them to do that, since they had entered my mobile number incorrectly. Nobody cared. The staff on duty are very disengaged and I just got the silent treatment when I asked for clarification. No apologies, just the same statement that they had tried to call. Find a better place for your healthcare needs.

NextCare Urgent Care

Though the waiting room seemed fairly full when I arrived, my wait time was only 15 minutes and I was able to wait in my car after checking in. I was notified by phone when they were ready to see me. Once seen, my visit was finished within about 15 mintues (total time was 30 minutes from checkin). Staff are polite and professional.

I thought it would be a long wait but it really wasn't.  The staff was extremely caring and friendly.  The Dr or LPN was wonderful and extremely efficient on explaining about my medication as I was very sick. I hope they have a great Christmas

Called to see if they did stitches there and after confirming made a same day appointment online, prefilled my paperwork, after arriving and checking in I sat down for maybe 2 minutes before being called back. Was in and out after getting 4 stitches and headed home in 45 minutes. Overall pleasant experience and surprised at how fast it was.

A Very Good Experience, Along with Good Service, and Staff Was Excellent in Giving information in detail. Very welcoming. Staff and informative. Would recommend to anyone. That's needs to be seen for any medical reasons. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great overall experience at Choice Men's Health, I actually came in a week or so ago but it took me a while to get around to writing a review.

I had my prostate removed due to prostate cancer which effectively eliminated my ability to get any sort of response on my own, no matter how hard I tried my fella kept looking at the floor and was getting smaller. I finally had to accept that I had erectile dysfunction. I tried for quite a while to no avail with the generic pills and every option offered to me.

I actually had a appointment with a urologist for this week to get a implant put in since my urologist had told me that was my only hope and nothing else would work. Needless to say, this visit was a hail mary and to my surprise it was caught!

The office staff was very understanding. They spent alot of time with me to ensure I understood all options available. I could not be happier with the response and my visit.

They get you where you fell confident again when you go out and when you lay it down and your partner will enjoy it also can't go wrong it worth every penny

This business is a scam. Will sell you meds and treatments available at exorbitant prices that you can obtain much cheaper through other sources. Sold my fiance  who has advanced frontal lobe dementia 1500$ worth of drugs. He was so confused that he didn't wait the 5 hours they said they needed because they didn't have it in stock so still doesn't have the product and can't get a refund. Claim to have physicians but none listed.

I  feel totally deceived,  cheated, tricked, conned by Priority Men's Medical (which is not even a real business name to drag them to small claims court to get your money back).
They are 100% scammers. Please men stay away from this place and don't waste your money. You'll never get any results from their treatments.
At first I thought I am seeing a real urologist doctor, than after 3 months I realize that I am dealing with scumbags.

The cost for their services is $14,000dollars for 12 months which can be done for less than $1000.00 through a urologist.
They say you can file with your insurance company. THAT'S A LIE. Insurance companies will not accept these procedures for reimbursement. I asked my health insurance to run the medical codes for me and discovered that Priority Men's charged me for procedures that never have received from them. Such as, surgery, plasma injection, etc.
Please check these type of clinics out. They are not totally truthful. They deserve 0 stars. IT'S ALL ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY.

2. ED can be managed through pills which in 30 to 40% of the time DON'T WORK.

AID Atlanta

Guy at the front desk with the curly blonde tips need to be removed. I walked in at 5:04 and the clinic is suppose to close at 7 today. He couldn’t even look me in my eyes while talking to me and the attitude was horrendous. I asked what’s a good time to come in if I couldn’t get tested now and he responded with no eye contact “12 pm because we close at 4” and that is not what the automated call says. I am highly disappointed that this clinic doesn’t have compassionate people for sensitive things! Management needs to work on that asap!

If I could rate this facility 10 stars I would. First star would go to Ted. He helped to answer all of my questions over the phone and proceeded to ask if I was familiar with the area( I'm not just moved to ATL) before he offered driving directions. He was a major key because I would have never found parking had I not had his guidance. I too encountered a young man with curly blonde tips and he was very efficient. Not everyone smiles all the time and that's ok. He was working and it was clear to me he was trying to get folks taken care of. I was finished my registration by 12:50 and out by 1:20 even after having my blood drawn (by Derrick Howard -- he is fun & a magician with the needle... I didn't feel a thing). Shout out to Kay, who also worked in the phlebotomy area and big thanks to the first person that administered all of my other tests (I didn't get his name but he was pleasant and thoroughly explained everything). Everyone was so kind and looked happy to be at work. This place is CLEAN and friendly and I am fortunate to have come at the perfect time because I was in& out. Thanks so much.

I called to do some volunteer work, which was my very first time, and it was really cool. The staff members are friendly, I worked on putting various condoms and lubes and information cards for individuals who are in need of safe sex and to know their status. I plan to do more volunteer work with AID Atlanta in the coming weeks and months.

This place is my favorite Testing Center of all testing centers I have ever visited. Additionally, it is at no COST to you! What more can you ask for beside a phenomenal customer service, which they do provide with joy. It is simply refreshing to observe them do what they do to help out the locals in finding their health status. Also, the place is impeccably clean. Results are delivered electronically with total discretion. Fantastic!

Always so nice and courteous. Love the new location, very clean and swift. I was in and out for STI testing in maybe an hour max.

ED is embarrassing and cripples intimacy, I was quite nervous going  in. The doctors and staff are very friendly and professional.  Based on bloodwork my testosterone was in normal ranges.  I opted for the GAINSWAVE and P-shot.  After two of five GAINSWAVE treatments I started seeing improvements.  I’m very grateful for the results and the staff.

the treatment was very effective. I still need to use viagra for intercourse but it is 100% more effective since the treatments. The staff were knowledgeable courteous and professional. Would recommend this therapy to anyone experiencing ED.

After my examination, he suggested a treatment plan.

Dr. Daniels assured me it would resolve my (E.D.) issues.

I received treatment the same day. Thanks to the office manager: Kyle he was friendly, cordial, and extremely helpful.

I can't speak highly enough about Georgia Male Performance.  After calling and talking with Kyle (the clinic manager), then going in, I found them all (Kyle, Michelle who does the treatments, and the Doctors) to be trustworthy, credible, personable, flexible and reasonable.  I felt very comfortable there and when going through the treatments. They were accommodating to meet the needs of my treatment, and I felt like they sincerely cared about me getting good results - more so than just making a buck!   I did a lot of research about what type of Focused Shock Wave Machines are the most effective and found they had the STORZ - CuraMedix Chattanooga Intelect F-SW which is one of the best to generate a true focused shockwave that more deeply targets improving blood flow.  I ended up getting several treatments with this machine and coupled that with the Acoustic Wave Machine as they both target different depths. The treatments were painless.   I also got the PRP shot as well which seemed to help as well.
BTW…  I called around to a few other places and many other places didn't have good reviews, were more expensive and less personal / accommodating.  I'd definitely recommend Georgia Male Performance.

Atlanta Men's Clinic

I recently visited Atlanta Men's Clinic's office in Suwanee, GA, and I can't express how impressed I am with their staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere of the clinic is also upscale and very comfortable.I came to them due to their experience with testosterone replacement therapy, and I'm thrilled with the results so far. The personalized approach they took in explaining everything to me, and addressing my concerns was truly appreciated.

It is a bit long, but please read about the scam this clinic is running!
Initially, I contacted the clinic as Dr. Syed's website indicated his expertise in hormonal replacement therapy, specifically testosterone replacement ( that appears to be wrong), which aligns with my medical needs. My wife, a medical doctor, inquired about their insurance policies and confirmed that they ARE NOT CASH CLINIC and do accept my United Healthcare insurance.

During our first visit, we paid a $350 deposit, assured it would be refunded after insurance processing. However, the same day, I received an email with forms for a high-cost payment plan for testosterone, which was not mentioned during our visit. Upon contacting the clinic, Diana, the office manager, insisted I buy the hormone directly from them. But I kindly refused.

Subsequently, Dr. Syed's consultation was uninformative, and I grew skeptical of his expertise in treating medical conditions with hormonal therapy (not athletic performance enhancement). Although he agreed to prescribe three medications, Diana, at checkout, demanded out-of-pocket payment and offered a high-dose, non-FDA-approved testosterone. But I kindly refused to pay.

I realized that Diana, not Dr. Syed, was primarily running the clinic. He was just a figurehead who was hired to make the clinic look legit. This was evident when she overstepped her role by suggesting medication dosages and refusing to provide prescriptions.

Two and a half weeks later, my treatment was disrupted as the clinic failed to send prescriptions to my pharmacy or process claims with my insurance, despite intervention from an insurance agent. They never provided me with a copy of the lab results. My medical condition has since worsened due to the lack of proper treatment.

I am now forced to seek a new doctor and undergo all lab tests again. The $350 I paid has not yielded any service, and my wife and I plan to report this incident to the Georgia Medical Board for investigation.

UPDATE 12/4: Response to the massage below!

I acknowledge that my review could impact the reputation you're trying to establish, but it's crucial that this reputation isn't founded on falsehoods. Moreover, your response, particularly the mention of patient full names, suggests a lack of familiarity with HIPAA regulations, which I find unprofessional. I intend to report this apparent violation. Additionally, I used this account specifically for leaving NEGATIVE reviews. And Google doesn't mandate the use of real names for account holders.

Regarding insurance, although your office verbally confirms acceptance of insurance, there seems to be a reluctance, specifically on Diana's part, to process claims. I had to personally intervene and contact an insurance agent for claim reprocessing, which indicates a lack of action on your part.

Lastly, the prescription issue is concerning. It was not issued until 2.5 weeks after my first visit, and even then, it was sent to my pharmacy with an incorrect dosage. Rx for Pregnyl was never written.I have evidence of this, including a time stamp, which I choose not to disclose here to avoid further disputes, but it contradicts your claims and raises questions about your credibility.

My wife is not a patient at your clinic. She accompanies me to medical appointments to help navigate through misinformation. And she is indeed a Medical Doctor, as she asserts. Her status as a resident doctor confirms this, as one must hold a medical degree and be an MD to enter a residency program. You are welcome to verify her credentials with her residency program. Additionally, I can also consider reaching out to the medical school and residency program associated with Dr. Syed to share my experiences at your office. It's important to note that the interactions and discussions during my visits were recorded on my iPhone, which includes instances that I perceive as dishonesty. This recorded evidence supports my decision to potentially contact these institutions and provide them with a detailed account of my experiences.

I can't express how much I appreciate their help, especially Diana. My life is a constant whirlwind, juggling work, social commitments, and my own personal goals. Staying mentally sharp and physically fit is my top priority, even on the most exhausting days and weeks.
Whether it's staying on top of my game at work or having the energy to enjoy my hobbies, they've been a game-changer. If you're someone who's always striving to be at your best, I highly recommend giving them a call – it's been a total game-changer for me!

The staff is truly exceptional!  Since beginning testosterone replacement therapy, I've experienced remarkable changes – I've gained lean muscle, shed a significant amount of weight, and have even more energy!
