My son purchased his new power seat from MobilityWorks and my husband and I sold our mobility van to them.  The process was smooth and the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful.  We would do business with them again.

Employees were friendly and rest rooms were clean. We picked up.a Handicapped Van to attend my Grand Daughter's 2nd Birthday Party in GA. Very smooth transition. Service was exceptional! I rented from them before and we would use them again.

Adam at the Mobility Works in Villa Park is AMAZING. My mom needed a wheelchair van for my dad that fit their limited budget. Adam was the only person we encountered in our long search that listened to our needs and actually cared about finding something for them. He worked tirelessly to find a reliable van that worked within their budget. I highly recommend seeing Adam for all your mobility needs. He will make sure that you are taken care of. Edgar was super knowledgeable and helped me understand what options were available for my parents. Their mobility had been decreasing and they want to maintain their independence, Edgar was able to give us ideas on how to maintain that!

This place is the absolute best!! What a wonderful, welcoming dealership.  I had an emergency where my transfer seat stopped working and Anthony, the service manager understood my urgency and was able to get me in immediately. Jesse, the technician diagnosed and fixed the problem.  Even explained to me how it happened. I am simply impressed by their exceptional customer service.

We traveled to Chicago to assist an ambulatory relative with several business errands that absolutely had to be attended to. We rented a van from their Niles Illinois facility. The van was a new Toyota Sienna Braunability. It was a live saver. Loading and unloading of a wheelchair via the side ramp was EASY! The doors & ramp  were push button automatic as well as the side doors. The van even lowered itself to make things that much easier. The reservation was easily made and upon pick-up & drop off the Niles staff was incredibly polite and saw to our needs.  MobilityWorks price was extremely reasonable. We can not say enough good things about our experience. We will use them again if needed. Thank you MobilityWorks!

I have been getting my Mobility van serviced at this location more than two decades. The service & sales departments is very knowledgeable of needs for your vehicle. If you have a problem or looking for maintenance this is the facility I would highly recommend to you.

Silver Star Service & Body Shop

Was surprised that the Mercedes service had no idea how to reset my service indicator on my dashboard. They offered to try again on another day. I inquired if the master / supervisor had taken a look they said yes he didn’t know how to reset it either. Well that says enough. If they can’t or don’t know their own dealership brand reset for a simple indicator light maybe they don’t know enough about the cars they are supposed to be expert in servicing to be entrusted with making major repairs.  I decided not to return, I was not comfortable with their knowledge about Mercedes even though they are supposedly to be the preferred service for that model of cars. Maybe they do better with Kia, Hyundai or Mitsubishi.

Not a good experience at all. We had an appointment set but the car wasn’t ready until 5 hours later. Oh and guess what… It was just for an oil change. I understand things happen but don’t overbook if you can’t commit to the time your customers put to the side for your services. It’s sad to see this place going down the path it’s going.

Consistently the worst experience I have ever had. Cliff has a very bad customer experience and the "supposed" manager Adam is very condescending. They have  issues with people that look different from them.
Consistently, I have had very bad experiences with Cliff and they need a MORE Qualified manager, someone with at the least a Bachelor's degree but preferably an MBA, but most certainly not Adam.
After consitenly giving Adam the go ahead over the phone, he and I kept on going back and forth over the phone that I MUST MENTION $150 dollars in my statement. It felt like I was going back and forth with a teenager. I told him multiple times, go ahead and push the car and and just give me a time to be there, and he refused and kept saying I MUST SAY $150 in my statement.  I had to hang up the phone because of how petty the back and forth had being and I decided to write it in an email, so that it helps my documentation. Below are pictures. (Mind you, this is after Cliff had already given me a scheduled for 10am which Adam was aware of).
Again, Cliff on the other hand did not reply my email or call or text for over 20 days (Despite me carefully spacing the calls and being extremely polite). Cliff all of a sudden reached out to me and wanted to impose a $45/day charge on my car for sitting in their lot. I told him he could not do that. All these I have emails bit cannot overwhelm all with them. He was supposed to talk to the manager and get back to me. After the long delay, it was then I decided to reach out to Adam (even worse), with the hope that he could bring in some conscience and address the 20 days delay, only for Adam to go around in circle and try to spin it on me, thinking I am someone without a brain. Not even an apology or remorse or professionalism, most especially since I reached out to him in good faith.
After all this, I ended up having my car towed away without having what I needed done.
Note: This is NOT the first time they have rendered a very rude service to me, most especially Cliff. (Keep reading please).
Sometimes, I greet him (Cliff), and I always include Sir (due to my military training background), AND HE CLEARLY ignores me as if I were not there. 3 different occasion this has happened, and he was right in front of me.
There was a time I had to come pick up something from the trunk of my Mercedes due to how long it had being there (late november last year "2019" to be quite precise). I happened to be downtown, so I shot him a quick email, noting I will make a quick stop to pick up something from my car. When I got there, I politely told Cliff, "I apologize for the short notice" (which I really did not need to), and he simply IGNORED ME and walked up to get my Mercedes key and started walking to my car, I had to follow him. It was the UTMOST SLAP on my face.
All other emails I have, but only loaded just about three so as not to overwhelm the reader.
I know aware of many other people of color that have experienced this.
NOTE: Pay attention to the details of the 1-3 star ratings and the names or ethnicity.

The new location is not convenient at all for all residents of sought west area of Sofia. It is 30 kilometres away from my place. I need to loose one day to come for a tiny fixing of my car. You should definitely open service station covering the west part of Sofia. If I had known the location of the repair shop when I bought my car, I certainly wouldn't have bought it.

As someone who works in the industry and works with Silver Star alot, I really enjoy the model, the staff, and their parts department especially.

These guys are fairly professional and easy to work with.

Fatal customer service. Poor attention I felt like I was going to borrow a car and not buy one .. been there several times and sellers there always treat you depending on your clothes..I like the brand but not here in this location

They have my car for 2 weeks and no diagnostic yet. Amd nothing but excuses. The worst!!

I liked it here. They don't bombard you to sell a vehicle. Seller was quick snd to the point.

Lithia Ford Idaho Falls Collision Repair

Damon Steele was fantastic! Somebody rear ended me at a stop sign. I drive an older car so I was concerned it was gonna be totaled. In todays car market I knew for sure the insurance wasn’t gonna give me enough to replace. Damon and the team at Lithia found a way to be cost effective so that insurance would just fix it. That was a major lifesaver! The paint match was also really good. I was surprised how well the paint turned out since the car is 17 years old. New paint and old paint matches well. Highly recommend them. Damon was above and beyond. He was understanding and communicative.

We came in with a broken driver-side rear window that couldn't be replaced but Damon took care of us. He got the guys to put a sheet over the broken window and refused to accept the money we tried to offer him. Beyond grateful! Would give a 6/5 rating if I could!

Truck was involved an accident. Huge thanks to Gary at Lithia Body. He was able to get the right parts for my truck in a timely matter as well as keeping me up to date on the progress of the truck. Highly recommend them for a body shop

Bronson and bob took good care of me and my truck. Made sure I knew what I was paying for. Really respectful and good customer service. They made my truck look like nothing happened to it and got it done quick! These guys are awesome. They explained everything to me while walking me around my truck. I’ll be sending more people their way And I’ll be doing business with them as well in the future. Highly recommend!! 10 stars If I could!

Bob was fantastic!  We’re on vacation and had car problem we thought would take a week to fix. Bob had us back on the road in an hour!!!! Amazing customer service and so friendly and generous!  If anyone is in Idaho Falls, he’s the person to call!   Thank you so much!!  Brad, patty and the brindles :)

The customer service at this place is AWFUL! Absolutely awful! I called this place back in February. I was able to speak to someone and she said the “parts” lady was not in but she did get my information. She never called me back. Fast forward to the end of May, I decided to call back. I called twice and got someone the second time. I was forwarded to the “parts” department, left a voicemail and never got a call back! I was actually looking forward to doing business with Mobilityworks HSV but I guess I’ll never know since no one will call me back!! Don’t waste your time with this company!

We were traveling and found this store. John was very knowledgeable  with my situation. He is a great person to have on your staff!

The General Manager, Tiana Slate was awesome.
She was very professional & courteous. When selling us the handicap van she demonstrated & made sure we understood how to use all of the controls. She explained how to tie down the wheelchair. She said we could contact her if we have any problems with the van.

Been calling & leaving a message to get a return phonecall so I can have hand controls installed. So far no luck.EDIT well  Mobility called  me & quoted a ridiculous price for labor then said regional manager refuses to do any work until my negative review was down. Lol Over $800 for 5hours of labor is ridiculous for  handicap person. This store is garbage. I highly recommend using a different company.

We have been using Mobilityworks for all our Braun Mobility Van's extended warrantee needs. They have been great, we have ordered a new Braun Van through them!
