Absolute informality at the time of appointments. They gave me an appointment first thing in the morning, at 10, and I had to go to work without being attended to.

I hired the services of this company to start an Invisaling treatment in February 2020. The pandemic delayed me from starting it until July of that same year. I am going to complete three years of treatment and I have been through at least six orthodontists, attachment falls that I couldn't get replaced without lasting just hours on the teeth, delays in appointments every month, etc. Now I have been wearing the same splints for 40 days and they tell me that I must stay with them for at least another 50 more because my refinement treatment is not coming. Obviously I can't do anything because after three years, and what I have left, I have achieved nothing. I just have to be patient, finish it, put in the corresponding complaint form, write my review and never contract anything with them again. I have to say that the treatment has always been good from the workers and that I understand that it is a company that only seeks recruitment without thinking about the well-being of the patients. I have also seen that the owner only writes to thank you for the good comments. You must be a person who does not accept criticism well and who truly thinks that everything in your company is going as it should.

It has been more than 2 years for an orthodontic case with Invisalign that was "simple" according to the criteria of the orthodontist who worked there at that time. Since then, I have had to endure the terrible management of appointments (errors and cancellations) and staff turnover: right now they have been left without an orthodontist again and the person who comes would already be the fifth orthodontist who has to study my case again and resume my treatment with what this entails (delays of months until a new one is found, differences in medical criteria when approaching treatment, lack of coordination...). This is not to mention that some of these orthodontists have not done a good job (one of them filed my teeth more than necessary when having to perform dental stripping). They serve you quickly (5 minutes normally) and with stress. I do not recommend this company at all. I hope that another, more serious and professional company can fix the Stripping issue and at least end with a satisfactory result. Here I have lost confidence.

With only 6 laser sessions they tell me that my contract for which I paid for 3 years has expired and for which I should have at least 12 sessions. Their data shows a lower price than what I really paid and they make the excuse that many things were done wrong when they went from Laser 2000 to the current Vivanta. They do not provide me with any document of my contract, it does not appear, but the appointments to treat the requested area do. How strange everything is.

I have been a customer for 7 years and the treatment has always been exceptional, as soon as I have had a problem it has been solved quickly and efficiently. They are very good professionals. Highly recommended.
