Tried to make an appoinment, but spoke to a very rude person on the phone. When I went in person, a few stylists looked at me with no greeting or any words. 5minutes of standing around, I was about to leave, but someone finally asked if I had an appointment. Eventually waited for 1.5hrs for my haircut, which was clean and well executed, but missed a few spots near the back where it left uneven. Nice waiting room!

Katie gave me a really great haircut. She listened to what I wanted & delivered above & beyond my expectations. She has a warm, friendly, & fun disposition. Highly recommended!
