Great salesperson

The info is nothing clear, on the Apple page they offer iPhone screen repair service on the same day. When you come they tell you that it takes 3 days and it doesn't work on weekends.

They don't have a time to serve, the store was empty and people were outside waiting. And those who serve have impressive eggs.

I would give it no star, lousy service, they forced me to sign in a tiny space and if I don't sign in that space you can't continue. A person employed there passed by and we couldn't be in the corridor to one side of the reception where he was giving us something similar to a service. Without touch and without signaling not to step in that space, they make you feel too very uncomfortable. As expensive as this is and that they cannot provide good care seems very sad to me.

Deplorable service, we arrived 20 minutes late due to an unforeseen event, they told us that if no one arrived at the time of the next appointment we could come in, the time went by 5 minutes and nothing, they told us that we couldn't come in, I agree that we didn't make it time but it would have been better if they had told us that it couldn't be done and the problem would be over. The lady at the door told us that two people could not pass and 2 couples passed next to us. If you can, better go to another branch.
