NEFASTIC EMPLOYEES!!! THE WORST STORE EVER It is the 2nd time that I have gone to change the tempered glass lens and they always give me buts to make the change due to the warranty, or they tell you that there is no stock or they tell you that you must bring the broken lens so that they can do the Instead, the last manager told me that it was not necessary to present the broken lens, since that is why I bought a lens with a replacement guarantee. The attitude of the people leaves a lot to be desired, they invent policies that they cannot support, and the treatment they give you is horrible, I will never return to this store.

Terrible service, the very arrogant and inaccessible technical service, does not give solutions.

I loved how they treated me, especially a very kind and patient young man named Israel Chávez, he explained everything perfectly and helped me find the best option according to my needs. When you go, look for him, in my point of view he is the one who has served me best. If you go look for it 10/10
