When I buy a new tablet I receive a defective tablet with dead pixels. It took me 7 days for a replacement and they delivered me another supposedly new tablet that also had defects in the display, it had many dead pixels, not to mention that they delivered it to me in a totally different box (according to what they replaced you with a new tablet and they never specified what it would be " “new” in a white box without logos or anything and two simple stamps). It took another 4 days to deliver me a third tablet that apparently has no details.
Very dissatisfied with the quality of Apple's “premium” products. It took more than 10 days to receive a functional product since I acquired the new tablet with Apple Care. Loss of time and money in returns due to a defective product from the first day of purchase.
For the most part the staff was attentive, however one or another attended to you as if you were asking a favor.
The quality of the products is doubtful in that branch, what is the probability that you buy a new item with a defective display and they replace it with another “new” item that also has a display with the same pixels as ours but in another location? I think I received a refurbished item since it is not the original packaging, even though they say that repairing devices is not allowed in Mexico and that they send everything to California. No one can assure me that it is not a refurbished product.
