This store is a fraud and they want to steal your money. I took my MacBook Pro in for cleaning a few months ago and they broke my camera, Touch Bar, and keyboard light. I'm taking it back because I stopped turning on the equipment and now they want to charge me 20 thousand pesos and right there they are charging me for the Touch Bar that they themselves broke down a few months ago. Today when I asked for my equipment to be returned, it took 15 minutes to deliver it to me and they did not have me registered when they charged me. The store manager was quite arrogant too. One of those who think they own Apple. Don't go to that branch unless you want your money stolen. I am going to escalate this case to Apple Mexico. Terrible bad experience

My experience had been very good, when purchasing products, a very friendly and proactive seller, but my experience when going to validate a guarantee using my Apple care, the person who attends to these guarantees asked me to enter my Apple ID, (although I already I had deleted all my information, when entering my Apple ID some information is brought up) and the person messed with my phone and from there they began to charge me on my AMEX card that I had in my wallet, I cannot be sure that they STOLEN my data card and they charged me, but I do not exempt them from that FRAUD, it is TOO much of a coincidence, that after that moment, on the same day they were charging me. So be careful how you handle your equipment when handing it over for any guarantee, although I should not have allowed you to mess with my equipment until I made sure that you did not have any information, what security and confidence do you have to make your insurance valid in this type of establishment, That you pay for that coverage for a reason. Disappointing.

They are scammers, do not take your products to be fixed there.
