Yesterday I took a Buick Encore GX truck for service, to begin with the cost of the service was announced at around $4,500.00 and they charged me approximately $5,000.00. The engine started making horrible noises, the antifreeze cap was not closed, it was just overfilled and it ran out of antifreeze, the poor service they give to the vehicles and how unprofessional they are is absurd, a couple of weeks ago I took another vehicle and they called me at 4 to keep me waiting for the vehicle for two hours. I hope they pay attention to these problems in their service.

Bad service has touched me badly experiences with the services of this company since when you buy they offer you one thing and then they don't respect what they tell you at that moment.
