Most Helpful pharmacy I have ever encountered. Pharmacist in the US are rude and very obnoxious for counting pills

It's a shame this branch. They are not well trained to charge for services so they always say that there is no system. Why don't they know how to make them? Even the person in charge of that branch tells you that we never have a good system here, better not come anymore. How it should be taken, how rude or very honest that it made land to the company that gives you work.

Lack of staff, they are generally friendly

Very convenient, stocked and organized. A bit hidden. Excellent option if you live in Nuevo Vallarta to buy basics without having to go to the super market that is further away.

Terrible telephone service, it is extremely rare that they answer, also very poorly stocked, and to make matters worse it has happened to me on two occasions that they tell me that a particular product is not carried in pharmacies; YOU GO OR CALL ANOTHER AND IT TURNS OUT THEY LIE TO YOU AND THEY HANDLE IT.
